Es hermoso, súper bien ubicado y muy cómodo.
The hotel is beautiful! The staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was amazing and the staff in the restaurant area were amazing. I met a very beautiful and kind staff member on the day of my departure who was simply an angel! I would recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay here again!

We had a double double room which was very spacious.
Water and ice machines on the floor were really great.
Gym was well equipped and had water machine and cold towels.

La taille de l’hôtel et son emplacement. Tout était parfait, magnifique chambre et salle de bain très grandes. Très calme, pas d’attente aux ascenseurs ce qui est rare

Gutes Stadthotel, geräumiges Zimmer und sauber. Sehr gute Lage, Tram direkt vor der Haustüre und dss meiste ist in Gehdistanz.
Great position! Everything is so clean and the staff is nice!
Easy and speedy check in. Large bathroom with 2 separate sinks, a bath and a huge shower. L’Occitane bathroom products which smelt divine. The lighting in the room was very good, some hotel rooms are quite dimly lit, not here! Nice clean swimming pool. The hotel was in a good location 10 -15 minute walk to CN tower and harbour. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel giving different dinner options.

The room and the staff were excellent.
Breakfast was too slow and too up-market. No need for the fancy breakfast - ate out for breakfast after day 1.
Hot water machine on floor was broken so no access to make tea without going to the restaurant to get cups of boiling water to take to the room. There was no hot water for showering on the last morning. Disappointing for the price. I would always expect hot water to wash!
D’Andre and Sue were a delightful duo that were incredibly kind and lovely to help us with directions to our next destination. They were incredibly pleasant, thank you for making such a mundane moment so enjoyable!

Un poco de ruido para estar en el 3er piso pero dormí muy bien, muy comodo. La atención fue muy buena, el personal muy atento.
Location was great. The front desk staff were amazing. The bar/restaurant had a great happy hour and food was quite good. The facility was modern and easy to get to by public transport (if needed) and walkable to Billy Bishop airport.
