My parents and I loved our experience at Sutton Toronto! The room was lovely and clean. The location was super convenient, right in the middle of downtown and only a 15-minute walk to the main train station. The front desk agent was really kind and helpful! Luckily, our room was ready when we arrived in the morning!

Wonderful property. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms with high-end amenities, excellent and easy valet parking, and incredibly welcoming and professional staff. This will be our go to hotel in Toronto, now. Highly recommend. (We had a king classic - make sure to ask for a room with a couch as some have a weirdly large bathroom and no where to sit!)

Ideally located near to the Roger’s Centre, Eaton Centre, the downtown and theatre area. The staff were attentive without being invasive. The gym and swimming pool were appreciated.

Great room, clean and spacious. Very nice facilities. Weight room and pool. Exceptional hospitality by all staff. And great location. So close to entertainment and fantastic restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - a streetcar stop is right outside and it’s a 10 minute walk from Union station. Lovely rooms, especially the bathroom. All staff were friendly, but a particular shoutout to D’Andre on the front desk for his clear enthusiasm for Toronto and his job - he spent plenty of time at check in sharing restaurant and activity recommendations that were much appreciated 😊

Over priced didn’t issue rewards points - mediocre rooms - many other better options in the area to stay at. Stayed at location in Vancouver much better hotel. This one is a glorified hospital. Don’t recommend.

This is my favourite place to stay in Toronto. The service is friendly, helpful and the hotel is elegant and clean. It is very close to everything downtown Toronto has to offer. Very walkable and convenient.

Great location, Great Room (very clean) and great overall experience. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Good value. I stay at the Sutton place in Toronto and Halifax all the time. I know I can depend on the SP when I stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto for two nights in April, 2026. This charming six-storey boutique hotel has a warm, old-Toronto feel paired with attentive, old-fashioned service that made us feel genuinely welcome.

Our room was exceptionally comfortable, with beautiful linens, a spacious bathroom, and a terrific walk-in shower. Everything was thoughtfully appointed and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay.

What truly stood out was the staff—professional, helpful, and consistently gracious. Their attention to detail elevated the entire experience.

The location couldn’t have been better for our plans—it suited us perfectly.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, character, and excellent service in Toronto.
