Grubby approach to hotel guests…
Pros:

Decent location

Cons:

The hotel scrambled the channels showing the World Cup final and suggested we watch it at their bar instead. We have small children and at that part of our trip couldn’t afford the $25 drinks. Greasy move.

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de tudo em 5 min de caminhada, especialmente da HB.
Atendimento simpático. Máquina de café e chá no hall, que também conta com uma mini-loja de convêniencia.

Cons:

Valor. Embora o custo benefício compense pensando em Zurique, o valor cobrado é muito alto (como toda a cidade) e tem uma taxa de turismo alta também que só descobrimos no check-in.

Klein, maar fijn
Pros:

De faciliteiten, die er in het appartement waren, en fijn dat er twee ventilatoren stonden, wat het slapen beter maakte.

Cons:

Sommige medewerkers achter de balie waren wat korter af, anderen juist weer heel vriendelijk. Het was ook best druk bij check in en check uit momenten. Op de kamer misten wat pannen en bestek, die de dame bij de balie al snel kwam brengen. Dat was fijn. Houten lepels zouden ook fijn zijn, want de ijzeren lepels krassen in de pannen. We kregen ook vrij snel een derde stoel, zodat we alledrie aan tafel konden eten. Er is 1 deur in het appartement, wel met zonwering, maar daglicht en buitenlucht komen alleen door die deur. En de douchedeur was wat scheef, waardoor sluiten minder goed ging, maar je evengoed kan douchen.

Nothing just we wish didn't been there because they aren't honest with their clients

Warning for future guests: please do not forget your belongings in this hotel, as they may not be returned. I left a large box of LEGO pieces in the room, which had great financial and emotional value for my son. I contacted the hotel many times, but they often did not answer, and when they did, I received no real help. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of lost items.

Take out a double mortgage if you want to visit Switzerland!

Location on a main tram line was good, also within walking distance of the Old City and its attractions.

Cons:

This is a general comment on the whole of Switzerland, not just this hotel - the prices of food and drink are way over the top, and spoil the tourist's experience of an otherwise beautiful country.
