Great location/Clean for the Price
Pros:

We were a family of 4 and the room was a good enough size for us. The location is a short walk to the center of everything. I appreciated the full size fridge with freezer. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink. There was a lot of storage space for clothes. There were also USB plugs which is a huge plus for us since we didn’t have the appropriate adapters. The beds were comfortable enough and clean sheets with plenty of towels. Loved the black out automatic blinds. It was quiet and we slept well.

Cons:

We left dog food in a bowl on the floor for the dog and when we got back there were ants in his bowl. The shower room did not have ventilation so it would get really humid after we showered so we had to keep the door opened to prevent mold. Even with the cons we would stay again because the price was attractive and it’s pretty clean overall.

Will never use Accor or Adagio
Pros:

Hotel will not respond to emails directly or managed through third party for request for refund during Middle East conflict, ignoring the cancellation options clearly displayed on the Accor website.

Pros:

The wheelchair accessible room was big and easy to move around in.

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom got a minus in my opinion. I could not get under the sink due to some shelfs and not much space around the toilet.

Also we had to take lift 4 to get to our floor and when you get out of the lift on the 6th floor you have to be careful if you need to reverse your wheelchair out of the lift because on your right are steps and I nearly went down those stairs when I reversed out of the lift. After that I reversed into the lift on first floor so I could just drive straight out of the lift.

We also couldn't find the switch to turn off the ceiling lights so we ended by taking the key card out which meant that all the lights went out.

Great location. Perfect for families. Love that the breakfast staff will give a few minutes to grab something even after they have closed at 10:30.

Comfy room but far from shops.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was a good size for twin beds and the self catering facilities were good. The view from the window was lovely.

Cons:

Location was not near shops, restaurants and cafes. Very expensive. If you decide to buy a drink in the lovely bar, be prepared to pay top dollar - extremely expensive. Design of bathroom was poor considering it was a room for someone with disabilities.

Cozy apartment that fits a family of four.
Pros:

Location within minutes’ walk to Zürich HB, cleanliness, useful kitchenette, and suitability for a family of four adults. The apartment is furnished beautifully and it felt homely. The family particularly loved the high-stool dining table set which we had meals together.

Cons:

The rate was on the highest end of the price range on the days we were booked. But we enjoyed our stay.
