Perfect hotel the best staff
Pros:

Big and comfortable room and beds, great shower, the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had.
Amazing SPA, super well equipped and clean and comfortable GYM and all facilities in general.

大の期待外れ。
Pros:

部屋が広い。地下鉄駅が近いので便利。レイトチェックアウトが50％の価格で可能。

Cons:

スパの女性用着替えスペースで着替えていた際、男性スタッフがノックも声掛けもなく突然入ってきました。「誰もいないと思った」とのことで謝罪していましたが、女性スペースへの立ち入りルールが徹底されておらず、非常に不快でした。さらに翌日も同じスタッフがおり他のお客もいなかったため、スパの利用を断念せざるを得ませんでした。リラックス目的でこのホテルを選んだだけに、非常に残念です。

また、客室清掃も極めて不十分でした。ベッドメイキングがされていない、タオルやマットの交換がない、ゴミ箱が放置されている等驚きです。これらについてフロントに伝え、翌日改めて清掃を依頼して外出したにもかかわらず、午後3時に戻っても手つかずの状態でした。

再度の指摘でようやく対応してもらえましたが、スタッフの教育レベルやサービス品質が宿泊料金に見合っておらず、非常に低いと感じました。

ついでに加えると、部屋のエアコン設定も難しい。26度で設定しても23度に下がっていく。30度にしても下がっていく。なので時々付けて寒くなったら消す、の繰り返しで調整してました。
