Beautiful, convenient, and friendly hotel
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful, almost luxury, and I was surprised by how large my room was, its nice amenities and extras, and the great view of a mosque and the museum. The tourist sights of Tashkent are spread out, so I don't know if there is a perfect location where everything is close, but it is a 10-20-minute walk to many of the best spots. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even helping me order taxis and storing my luggage while I took a side-trip for tourism.

Хороший отель. Уже пятый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Радует что номер просторный. Спа отличный и массажисты профессионалы. Кухня в ресторане очень вкусная! Сервис на высоте. Молодцы!!!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich herzliche, hilfsbereite und zugleich professionelle Personal. Das gesamte Team ist stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt.

Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist vorbildlich. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite, die ich jedem Gast empfehlen kann: sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage des Zimmers. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend und vor allem sehr leise. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass sie nicht direkt über dem Bett angebracht ist, was für einen deutlich erholsameren Schlaf sorgt und das Risiko einer Erkältung praktisch ausschließt.

Das King-Size-Bett war ausgesprochen bequem und hat wesentlich zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Außerdem stehen auf dem Zimmer kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser zur Verfügung – ein schöner zusätzlicher Service.

Auch das Frühstück hat mich überzeugt. Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und bietet sowohl kalte als auch warme Speisen sowie lokale Spezialitäten. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Zentrum Islamischer Zivilisation sowie der City Park Taschkent sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station befindet sich in der Nähe, und auch der historische Chorsu-Markt ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer lieber mit dem Taxi unterwegs ist, kann sich jederzeit an das Hotelpersonal wenden, das gerne ein Taxi zu sehr fairen Preisen organisiert.

Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles: Komfort, Service, Sauberkeit, Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer in Taschkent ein Hotel sucht und großen Wert auf Qualität zu einem fairen Preis legt, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt buchen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
