Great location. Walking distance to darling harbour and CBD.
Disappointing when I arrived late 11pm and there was no one on the desk. I was given an after hours number to call but got left waiting in the rain for 5minutes until someone came to let me in. If they know you are checking in late you should be given an after hours access code.

Room was a bit small and had very little room around the bed

Rude staff and unhelpful people I feel sorry for myself to book with them. Bad experience. The Clearer also fill out the bottle of water without clean cleaning it. The toilet was unlashed and ungenerous people.

It was so cosy, had everything I needed and was at a perfect location
The staff were so lovely! Just the sweetest, they gave me a really nice room with a nice view as I was staying there for two weeks and when I left one of the super lovely staff helped me bring my bags to my next destination, he didn't have to, it wasn't his job but he just did it because he was a really nice person and great at his job! It really meant something, so thank you! : ) Can't recommend this hotel and their staff enough, a lovely experience! Stay here!!
