Pros:

Delicious breakfast and dinner and excellent staff. Very warm, friendly, genuine and professional. Actually, possibly the best staff at a hotel I have met. They also were careful to ensure coeliac friendly meals. The still and sparkling water on the floor was much appreciated.

Pros:

The Aiden was absolutely amazing. Boutique style accommodation, rooms are fabulous, staff was exceptional, food was fantastic. Will be staying there every time we visit Sydney.

Had a great time celebrating our 55th anniversary.
Pros:

Location was very good. Close to light rail and Darling Harbour.

Rooms are very small but you learn to live with it.

Room was tiny . Bed only accessible from one side so if you have two in bed you have to jump over the other person to use bathroom or get a drink in the night

Best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

I loved the location I love the hotel it was so clean very convenient will set out modern and very comfortable.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing I can say that I disliked! There isn’t one single thing I could point out that I think needs to be changed. Everything was fantastic, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience.
