Worst street NOISE of my life. Has no one ever heard of DOUBLE GLAZING..!!

The street NOISE was terrible. Impossible to sleep. I arrived at 10pm ready for a restful nights sleep. By 11:30 I'm talking to the duty manager...best she could do was offer me earplugs..!! By 11:45 I checked out. The next day I spoke with the day manager about a refund as I had pre-paid for 2 nights. Not s single word of conciliation. Well done Pemba.
