Good place, will recommend it to my friends
Pros:

The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and polite. We had free room upgrade to appartment which was big surprise for us. The hotel is next to the park with big playground for kids. The interior needs some face lifting but it is well maintained and clean and has all what you need for a reasonable price. Will come back again.

Pros:

Excellent and very polite staff, special thanks to Antoaneta from the check-in desk, and Niki from the restaurant for their professional service. We had a very pleasant stay, the SPA facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The radio around the pool area could be without news/ads and the breakfast could include quality local products (as example you have such excellent jam in the region). Thank you!

Alles chic - bis auf das hoteleigene Restaurant Omar abends
Pros:

Ich wurde in der Rezeption nett empfangen mit dem Hinweis, dass ich nicht nur ein Luxuszimmer -wie gebucht- bekomme, sondern, dass es auch noch einen Jacuzzi im Zimmer geben wird. Das Zimmer war riesig, das größte Hotelzimmer, das ich je hatte. Eine Balkon gab es auch, auf dem ich Kaffe aus der Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und bulgarischen Wein aus der Minibar getrunken habe. Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant Omar war völlig in Ordnung. Es gab kein Buffet (ich glaube, weil zu der Zeit wenige Hotelgäste dort waren), sondern man konnte aus 8 Varianten von Frühstück auswählen). Der room service war sehr freundlich. Das Angebot an pools war groß, so dass ich mich gut von der Hinfahrt und am nächsten Tag von meiner Wanderung erholen konnte.

Cons:

Abends im Restaurant Omar war eine völlig andere Situation als beim Frühstück. Es hat einen Bereich draußen, in dem laute, amerikanische, für meinen Begriff agressive Musik lief. Da ich zu Beginn der einzige Gast war, habe ich gefragt, ob es auch andere Musik gibt. "Njama !" war die Antwort. Sehr unprofessionell fand ich, dass die Beilagen zu der gegrillten Forelle, die ich bestellt hatte, mindestens 20 Minuten vor dem Fisch kamen. Dann kamen die Katzen. Das Restaurant ist nach außen hin offen. Offenbar wissen die Katzen, dass viele Gäste sie niedlich finden und ihnen zu fressen geben. Sie sind zum Glück nicht auf meinen Tisch gesprungen, sondern nur auf ungenutzte und haben miaut. Die Reaktion des Personals zu den Katzen auf den Tischen war gleich Null. Zum Schluss kam auch noch ein großer Hund. Wenigstens der wurde verjagt. Das Essen an sich war aber lecker.
