Pros:

Всичко беше страхотно, беше чисто навсякъде, бяхме резервирали луксозна стая, но ни настаниха в луксозен апартамент, който беше просто невероятен, персоналът беше много учтив и услужлив и ресторантите също са прекрасни. Наистина си заслужава да посетите хотела ако търсите високо ниво на обслужване, почивка и лукс!

It’s was very nice I must say - staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive which is unusual for Bulgaria.
Pros:

The art and style of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The food was really nice aswell. Excellent facilities including the park adjoined to the hotel.

Cons:

The pull out couch had stains and the mattress was stained aswell.
