Cons:

Pesimo recibimiento, no habia nadie en el lobby, pude entrar hasta las habitaciones sin control, lo cual es muy extraño e inseguro. No tiene restaurant (dice su pagina que si). Adicional a lo anterior, se me perdio dinero y recibos personales de compras dentro de la habitacion (la gente del aseo entro a la habitacion), no me respondieron por los hechos y la unica respuesta fue : es su palabra contra la mia. No recomiendo para nada este "hotel".

Hermoso lugar y muy cómodo
Pros:

Fácil acceso y cercano al centro, personal muy amable, habilitación con una vista privilegiada, tenían calefactor que fue imprescindible para cuando llegamos con demasiado frío o quisimos secar algún zapato, muy cómodo. Tener en cuenta (no se si en todas las habitaciones) abrir la llave del lava manos en agua caliente para que salga agua caliente en la ducha

Cons:

Sólo un detalle, como venía con desayuno incluido le pedi al chico de recepción si podia dejarnos un desayuno express ya que al otro día salíamos a tour a las 6 am, amablemente me dijo que si pero en la mañana no había nada. Aun que no nos hicimos problema con eso, es mejor decir que no se puede o algo así.

Localização, cortesia dos funcionários, serviço de transfer para aeroporto

Cons:

Comunicação com hotel: demora de dias para responder mensagens enviadas através do booking ou e-mail. Foi necessária insistência para obter respostas.

Quarto com paredes finas de madeira, sem isolamento acústico. Conversas do quarto ao lado parecem estar ocorrendo dentro de nosso quarto. Numa madrugada, precisei reclamar do barulho para o hóspede ao lado.

Hôtel très charmant et très bien situé.
Pros:

La qualité du rapport humain avec le personnel est excellente.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien garni.
L’établissement offre de nombreux espaces pour travailler ou organiser des réunions.
L’ambiance est très chaleureuse et authentique.

Cons:

Problème de paiement avec les cartes européennes (VISA).
Le propriétaire nous a laissés partir sans payer, mais nous cherchons encore une solution pour effectuer un virement.
Il est absolument nécessaire que ce problème soit résolu pour pouvoir accueillir une clientèle européenne.

Fin de semana en Coyhaique
Pros:

La ubicación muy cómoda, el lugar es muy lindo también, además la atención es muy cordial y cercana.
El desayuno estaba bastante bueno.

Cons:

El ruido, en la habitación que estábamos se oye la música de la recepción hasta la noche y desde muy temprano, lo que no permite descansar. Además del ruido de otros pasajeros entrando y saliendo (inevitable en muchas ocasiones y corta el descanso)
