Schöner Aufenthalt aber ausbaufähig
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit großem geräumigen Zimmer, schöne Poollandschaft mit coolem Snack-Truck, dass Essen war qualitativ gut und es wurde sich um Abwechslung bemüht

Cons:

Das Personal war teilweise sehr unmotiviert, der Service beim Abendessen wurde von Tag zu Tag schlechter.

Auf dem Spa-Flyer stand, dass neben Massagen auch Maniküre und Pediküre angeboten wird. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass sich diese Angebote außerhalb des Hotels befinden und man wollte mir den Standort auf Google zeigen, sodass ich mir selbstständig einen Termin buchen hätte müssen.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, allerdings sollten einige Punkte im Service grundlegend überarbeitet werden.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Massagen, gutes Frühstück

Die Mitarbeiter an den Bars sind nicht die schnellsten, man muss sich dafür Zeit nehmen. Einige Mitarbeiter an den Bars waren echt super haben sich gut um den Service gekümmert, haben abgeräumt aber das waren villeicht nur 2 von 10 die das gemacht haben. Hotelzimmer war ok, es ist bisschen modernisiert worden aber mat hat kaputte Sandsteinfliesen im Badezimmer gehabt, das Silikon in der Dusche hätte erneuert werden können, die Sauberkeit der Putzdamen war ok. Wir hatten vom ersten Tag an paar Haare in einer Ecke im Badezimmer liegen wir haben nichts gesagt wollten schauen ob dies während unseres Urlaubs auffällt leider neicht diese lagen noch am letzten Tag in der Ecke. Mein Partner hatte sich den Bart gemacht natürlich lagen einige Haare um das Waschbecken rumm diese wurden auch erst nach dem 2 Tag halbwächs entfernt. Meine Schwiegereltern dagegen lagen 2 Zimmer weiter da hat die Sauberkeit gut geklappt. Das Waschbecken war undicht, sodass Wasser unten in den Schrank getropft hat (minimal), der Halter vom Toilettenpapier war lose. Der anstrich hat ausgesehen wie von einem 5jährigen um das Bett war eine Holzwand, da wurden die Ränder mit Farbe angestrichen.

Im großen und ganzen ist es ein schönes Hotel aber es könnte definitiv bisschen wieder was investiert werden und das Personal anders geschult werden. Wir hatten trotzdem ein schönen Urlaub.
