Lovely breakfast and great location
The bathroom was lovely but the towel rail was at the other end of the room from the wash hand basin and the finish around the wash hand basin was unfinished which was shame because the bathroom was beautiful

An exceptional location. What a gem! We will return just so we can stay at this property again. The staff was phenomenal and so were our accommodations. Never ate anywhere else in town as the food was so great here!

No elevator but we had help with our luggage!
The hotel is nicely positioned and decorated and the room was comfortable. Small bathroom, smallest sink we have ever seen but a good shower.
First morning we had the breakfast yogurt bowl and kippers which were excellent. 2nd morning the breakfast bowl came without the fruit and hardly any granola (we had to ask for the fruit)and they had run out of kippers! We also booked a meal in the lovely restaurant but because they weren’t that busy we had to eat in the bar. This was only explained when we were shown through to our table in the bar!
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice bed linen. Nice touch offering a sausage for furry friends.
Breakfast including the service could have been better. Trying to catch the eye of the waitress was a challenge for everyone in the dining room. The insulated milk jug at the self service area had been empty for a while when a guest finally managed to catch her to point it out. Conversly toast was placed at table really quickly but was cold and so very chewy.
If you wanted to read in the lounge in the evening a lack of task lighting made it difficult.
