Great location: it’s close to the train station and you can walk to most touristic spots from here. The room was very spacious and clean. It had the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel which was perfect since we were there during the World Cup. The internet was fast and reliable. The restaurant had a free tap for sparkling and still water which we could put on a jug and take to the room which we loved as we mainly drink sparkling water.

Cons:

It was all great except that one day we were woken up at 8am by a very strong knock on the door from housekeeping wanting to know if we wanted our room clean. That was very odd and a bit disruptive.

لن أكرر الاقامة بهذا الفندق

الفندق نظيف والموقع جيد بالقرب من السنتر وقريب منه مركز تسوق ومطاعم وكافيهات ومحطة الترام

Cons:

وصلنا الفندق الساعة 1 ظهرا تقريبا وابلغتنا الموظفة ان الدخول الساعة 3 بعد الظهر ووضعنا الحقائب في الأمانات ، الموظفين غير مبتسمين والافطار الساعة 7 صباحا وليس 630 م اغلب الفنادق ونحن عندنا رحلة بالعبارة الى تالين الساعة 9 الإضاءة في ممر الغرف سيئة وغير مريحة خاصة والوان الممر كئيبة .ومساحة الغرفة والحمام صغيرة وتصلح لشخص واحد .

Wonderful, a really lovely hotel - would stay again.

Siisti, viihtyisä ja keskeisellä paikalla.
Pros:

Viihtyisä, hiljainen ja siisti hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Ympäri Helsinkiä pääsee nopeasti tästä kulkemaan sillä läheltä löytyy ratikkapysäkki ja metropysäkki (kauppakeskus Kamppi).

Hotellihuone oli hiljainen eikä liikenteen meteli kuulunut huoneeseen tai muista huoneista juurikaan muuta. Käytössä oli ihanat Ritualsin tuotteet huoneessa, siitä iso plussa! Plussaa myös minijääkaapista johon sai vesipulloa kylmään kuumana päivänä.

Sänky oli mukavan leveä ja napakka nukkua. Ilmastointia oli helppo käyttää ja huoneessa oli pimennysverhot.

Aamupala oli erinomainen. Makuja ja vaihtoehtoja löytyy varmasti jokaiselle mieleen. Oli muroja, tuoretta puuroa, hedelmiä, pekonia yms. Harvoin näin runsaaseen ja laadukkaaseen aamupalapöytään törmään hotelleissa. Jokainen ruoka oli merkitty hyvin mitä se oli ja merkinnät laktoositon yms.
Plussaa myös siitä että gluteenittomille oli oma piste!

Hotellin ylimmästä kerroksesta löytyi myös parveke, jossa sai haukattua raitista ilmaa jos siltä tuntui. Alakerrasta löytyi sauna & pieni kuntosali.

Henkilökunta oli oikein mukavan ja ystävällisen oloista.

Cons:

Tyynyt olivat omaan mieleen vähän liian pehmoisia.
