Pros:

ご飯がとてもよかったです。山の日に富士山も見られてよかったです。

Cons:

三人で寝るにはちょっと厳しかったものの、椅子をうまく使って何とかなりました。

サービス、スタッフの方の対応、全てにおいて最高の宿泊でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

温泉、サウナ、共に期待以上のサービスでした。また、湯上がりサービスがとても良く子供たちもとても喜んでいました。また、御殿場に旅行する際は必ず利用させて頂きたいです。

Cons:

家族5人で泊まれる部屋があったら、最高だなと思いました。
でも、今回の旅に不満は1つもありません。

駐車場が先着順で自由であることが、初見ではっきり分からなかった点。文章での説明はどこかにあって見落としていたかもしれないが、看板等での説明もあった方が良かった。

温泉で疲れもとれ、大変癒されました。
Pros:

富士登山の次の日に宿泊しました。疲れも取れゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。朝食付きで予約しました。
とても美味しくいただきました。

Cons:

良くないというわけではないですが、夜鳴きそばが大人気で行列になっていました。

お部屋、お風呂、エントランス、レストラン、どこをとっても、綺麗にされています。
朝食も品数が多く、美味しい、まだ、お味見できてない物も数多いのて、又、利用したい
夜泣きそば、アイスの無料提供も嬉しい

Cons:

良くなかった点は、ないです。完璧!!
エステ(マッサージ)が、あると良いかなぁー？な感じです。

サービスがかなり行き届いていたいたしとっても良かったです。

Cons:

駐車の狭さと第二駐車場のわかりにくさと第二駐車のアクセスの悪さです。階段とか通路を作った方がわかりやすいと思いました。
