Perfect for a big if luxury without a ridiculous price tag
Pros:

Beautiful - I upgraded to take advantage of the executive suite lounge and really enjoyed the canapés and breakfast on offer a fabulous view from level 19 and lots to select from. It was raining and just a lovely spot to sit with my book and watch the day turn to night -felt very cozy

Cons:

The car parking signs were so small it was hard to see the tiny signs to access the best levels to park on for Dorsett Hotel - I kept over shooting them and having to back up especially not great exit signs! Make them bigger and brighter

Exceptional stay. Loved the room. Excellent staff
Pros:

We stayed in a Standard King room. Excellent view over the pool. Comfy bed. Big bathroom. Exceptionally clean.
Every staff member we encountered provided friendly, excellent service.

Right next to the casino yay!
You can see into the next building's rooms.
Cool little balcony and you can still smoke. Which is now a dying perk in gold coast hotels.

We got locked out of our room at 2am and the staff wouldn't let us in because our id was in the room!! They eventually did but it was like pulling teeth and they didn't seem to understand our situation too well. It was because at check in the young girl forgot to reprogram our key cards which is a bit useless. There were no drawers in the bedside tables and listed places to keep personal items out of site.
