Pros:

The facility is very clean and smells good! Our room was clean and very comfortable. I requested more towels and blankets and it was delivered immediately.

Cons:

I called down to the front desk and there was no answer so I went downstairs and the young man working the front desk profusely apologized and explained he had a customer and another call and couldn't answer in time. He was very kind

Great place to stay in Medford
Pros:

Loved the location and charging stations. The room was clean. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. It was too average. But the biscuits were amazing.

Excellent & Fix the shower Problem
Pros:

Pillows, mattress were comfortable. Clean room.
Breakfast was good.
7am- 10am.
Checkout time Excellent 12 noon.

Cons:

Shower head not clean & when I pulled the handle for the shower water on the tub faucet only some water came out the shower head. The rest was still coming out the tub faucet. I had to put it on single stream to get hot water on my body. The tub faucet was about to come off also. Least I was able to shower & not have to switch rooms. For me shower is just as important as a bed & sleep!

Will stay there on all of our trips through Medford. Twice per year.
Pros:

Very accommodating staff. Real eggs for breakfast. Complimentary car charging.

Cons:

Travelers who remain in the car charging location long after the car is charged.

It was OK
Pros:

Staff were pleasant
Good Location

Cons:

We had booked a King room for 3 Adults knowing we had to make use of the sofa bed.
We were disappointed with the quality of the Sofa Bed. It was so bad very thin, poor quality and not what we expected for a Marriott chain hotel...we will not be booking anymore Fairfield Inns on trips to California from BC Canada

Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

The ants in the room we were disgusted with. The aggression physically of your employee when I requested help was unacceptable. The whole experience made my stay unpleasant.
