Sehr bequemes Stadthotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, leider nicht allzu große dafür sehr bequeme und schallisolierte Schlafzimmer. Gute Lage am Kanal unweit der Stadtmitte.

Great location, stylish hotel, helpful staff!
Pros:

Great location. Very high end feel in the hotel, stylish looking reception area. Very easy check in with friendly staff. Room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city. After a mix up in the booking we received incredible assistance from Ugo Satta (Guest Relations) who managed to sort out the issue after we had left - a true example of how nothing replaces the human touch in the hospitality industry - thank you Ugo!
An overall fantastic place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Cons:

Some biscuits at the tea/coffee station would have been a nice addition.

Nice place to stay, but check out other options.
Pros:

Located in a convenient area of Copenhagen. Not touristy. The breakfasts are excellent. Staff friendly. You can opt to have staff bypass your room to be made up. They say if you do that you get 2 free drinks of your choice. But when you try to hand in your voucher it’s only good for water, house wine and beer. A little misleading.

Cons:

The rooms have no room to hand or shelve clothing. Most have just one closet with just one drawer. The shower in the first room we were in was placed in a position such that after the shower the toilet paper and area around the toilet was wet.
