We had a fantasic 4 night stay.
Lovely room, great view, graet breakfasts, fantasticly polite and helpful staff - and great meals at NU & DA. This was our second visit and we look forward to the next visit.

Though the hotel is big, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location excellent: lovely canal views, a few blocks from the Metro that goes to the airport. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed the rooftop bar for drinks and light snacks. The rooms were on the pricey side, but then, we found everything in Copenhagen expensive.
Not a comment on the hotel, but rather on the service. i accidentally booked the wrong date, just got the day of the week wrong. When i noticed this, I immediately contacted them within the hour of booking, i was told it was a non-refundable booking. Completely. So despite it being just that i mixed up my checkout date and immediately recognized it and contacted them, with a goal of still staying there, they refused to help at all. Super unhelpful.

Excellent spot in christianhavn—close to bridge and near everything but in a quiet area. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was very stylish and comfortable and the shower was great.
The rooftop terrace was only for bar guests and on nice days you should book in advance. There is parking under the building but it’s expensive but everything in Copenhagen seems to be expensive.

Ama burdan da bu oteli tercih edecek Türklere şunu söyleyebilirim ki inanılmaz ilkisi Türk süpervisorları var; Pelin hanım gerçekten çok ilgili,yardımcı tekrar teşekkürler 🙏 fiyat olarak bir tık diğer otellere göre pahalı gelebilir ama çocukluysanız hiç düşünmeyin
super goed locatie voor stadsbezoek, alles kan tevoet of per huurfiets.
we zijn met de auto tot onder het hotel gereden om te parkeren, wel 45€ per nacht.
we hadden een superior kamer op gelijksvloer, zeer stil een haven van rust na drukke dagtrips in de stad die toeristisch wel heel druk bezocht wordt.
professioneel gerund hotel, vriendelijk personeel maar zoals steeds bij zo'n groot hotel: onpersoonlijk.
ontbijt oké, maar voor deze klasse hotel mocht wat meer keuze fruit zijn, maar was toch goed.
verder geen klachten.
