Lighting in the hallways to the room were a little dark, and not clean enough

The hotel reached before I checked in offering a range of services. When I replied to take up their offer to arrange a transfer from the airport they said I would have to contact another email address from the hotel. When I replied to say it wasn’t great customer service when they could have just contacted the email themselves they replied doubling down that they definitely did not want to assist …. So I got an uber …
Also - my reservation details on booking.com were compromised and I was contacted by a scammer … I have 2FA on my booking.com account ..

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , πρωινό και άνετο δωμάτιο και άριστο κρεβατι. Σε high season ανταγωνιστική τιμή για αυτό που προσφέρει.
Μυρωδιές ψαριού στο λόμπυ τις πρωινές ωρες .Ίσως από το πρωινό. Δεν ταιριάζει σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο.
Colazione e ristorante sono davvero di alto livello. La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta.
Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πανέμορφη με κανάλια, εστιατόρια, διάφορα μαγαζιά, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό, που συνδέεται απευθείας με το αεροδρόμιο. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα και λειτουργικά και το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό.
Δεν είναι κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε, ίσως η λίγο πιο σχολαστική καθαριότητα...

The staff was super helpful and always welcoming, the location was close to a metro and to the river(harbor boats). Our room (atrium) was spacious and clean, with all the facilities needed.
The breakfast is a little expensive, we had it one morning and the variety was really good.
