The location.
Long lines all the time. Huge crowds from cruise ship guests. The common areas are dark and depressing with no windows. Service and facilities are not at five star level. Room design unimpressive and anonymous. Escalator broken for 5 days. Rooftop bar hardly accessible (opens at 3:00 and is always packed). This is more of a four star hotel for a five star price.

Hotel blocks the deposit on the card and it appears like being charged twice for the room. It was unblocked only after 1 month with often inconsistent explanations provided in the meantime. Fine if these are the rules, but please announce this information in advance during the check in.
Ventilation system in the room is very loud and was waking me up all night.
