Friendly staff, very clean

This Hampton is fairly basic, but it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—it’s close to the airport and within walking distance of the metro. Although I chose to use Ubers throughout my stay, it was reassuring to know there was a metro station nearby if needed.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, although on the smaller side. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the hot summer weather. As expected with a Hampton, the in-room amenities are fairly limited, so don’t expect many extras. While I’m sure additional items are available upon request, it would be a nice touch if some of them were provided as standard. That said, for my two-night stay, the room was ideal and had everything I needed.
The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the staff. I received a warm welcome from the lovely lady at reception, who mentioned she has Chinese roots, and we had a pleasant conversation before check-in. As a Hilton Diamond member, my loyalty was recognised, and I was offered two complimentary bottles of water and a snack, which was a thoughtful gesture. I understand Hampton properties typically only provide complimentary water to Gold and Diamond members.

The rest of the front desk team were equally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They genuinely made me feel welcome, and their excellent service really enhanced the overall experience.

One downside is that this Hampton doesn’t offer a 24/7 bar or food service, which I’ve enjoyed at some other Hampton properties. It’s one of the reasons I don’t usually choose Hampton hotels, but this particular property more than made up for it with its fantastic staff and overall experience.

The hotel also has a small shop selling drinks and snacks, which was a great convenience, especially for late-night refreshments.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel for a short stay, I would definitely recommend this Hampton. While it may not be the best choice for an extended visit due to the limited facilities, it delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable room, a great location, and exceptional customer service.

I’d rate it 6/10 based purely on the facilities, as I generally have high expectations from Hilton brands, having mostly stayed at Hilton, DoubleTree, and higher-tier properties. However, if I were rating the staff alone, they’d receive a 10/10. The General Manager should be incredibly proud of the team—they are a real credit to the hotel and are the reason I would happily stay here again.

Location - perfect, close to metro, bus stops and everything in general. Only 15-20 min away from the Airport and Downtown. There is a big Shopping Center just 5 min walk away.
Breakfast - great variety of choice, but the service was very bad. Only 1 coffee machine working while there were 3 of them.
