Pros:

Великолепное место. Персонал очень внимательный и приветливый. Еда отличная и разнообразная. Спа чистый и современный. Идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть и насладиться природой.

Cons:

В нашем номере, иногда не ловил интернет. Видимо зона покрытия слабая. Для нас не проблема, так как хотели отдохнуть от гаджетов. Но для кого то может быть критично.

Pros:

We stayed for only one night and regretted that we couldn’t stay longer. Everything was excellent!

This hotel is truly a full 5-star experience. Four stars are definitely not enough for it.

Pros:

Hotel part:
- everything is super clean
- the staff is very friendly and helpful
- nice buffet for breakfast and dinner
- quiet location, nice view at the park and river

Cons:

Spa&pool part:
The water in the pools is regular chloride water, not hot spring water. Also, there are too few pools for such big hotel. The indoor ones are usually full of people and children (only after 8pm it's child-free). The outdoor one is empty, but the water is a bit cold. If you're as brave (or stupid) as me, you can have the whole pool for yourself 🙂
The spa is better, but not really that much.

Спа зоната е чудесна, с много съоръжения. Басейните (вътрешния и външния) са много големи и поддържани. Персонала е прекрасен и усмихнат (специални поздрави на Марко). Стаята беше чиста, подредена и проветрена. Паркинга е голям и удобен. Всичко беше чудесно.

Няма такова нещо.

Apsolutno oduševljenje, jedan fenomenalan kratki odmor.
Pros:

Doručak fenomenalan, lokacija dobra, lagana muzikica u restoranu fenomenalna, osoblje ljubazno, higijena na visokom nivou. Jednom rečju savršeno.
