🐶🐱 At our other locations, we love welcoming your pets! To ensure a harmonious coexistence, please keep the following rules in mind:
Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence.
Restricted Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health
It is mandatory to present your pet's up-to-date vaccination record at check-in.
Fines
🛏️ Special cleaning of linens – If it is evident that the pet has been on the bed or sofas. COP $100,000
🧼 Deep cleaning of carpets – In case of feces or urine. COP $200,000
❌ Total damage to linens due to tears – If the bedding is irreparably damaged. COP $400,000
Important Notes
If any rule is violated or if the presence of the pet causes serious disturbances, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises, without refunding the amount paid for its stay.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we comply with current regulations in Colombia. Therefore, we inform you that dog breeds classified as potentially dangerous, and their mixes, must wear a muzzle at all times within our facilities.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Algunas habitaciones tienen zancudos, la.recepcionista no tiene buena atención al cliente, da solución teníamos que dormir con los zancudos o mosquitos

Ubicación
No cumple las expectativas ni las fotos, no está clara la señalización, parqueadero incómodo, en las fotos muestran jacuzzis que no existen, las fotos son muy diferentes la realidad, el baño no servía el inodoro y éramos tres personas y solo habían 2 toallas, creemos que le hace falta mucho por cumplir

La ubicación frente al embalse es perfecta.
La via de acceso para ingresar, estaba en muy mal estado y mi vehiculo sufrio mucho.
Me gustó la limpieza y el aroma de las habitaciones buen lugar para alojarse

El lugar es increíblemente hermoso. Está ubicado justo frente a la represa, lo que te permite vivir experiencias como alquiler de kayaks, motos de agua o paseos en bote. Nuestra habitación era hermosa y tenía una vista inigualable, disfrutamos muchísimo el jacuzzi, así como también disfrutamos mucho del proyector que tiene la habitación (no TV) Nuestra primera noche pedimos cena del lugar y estuvo increíblemente buena, con precios bastante buenos. En la mañana teníamos desayuno incluído y también estuvo excelente. Especial mención a su chef (fue el encargado de nuestra cena y desayuno), un chico venezolano cuyo nombre no pregunté pero definitivamente hizo la diferencia con su comida y atención. El lugar tiene diferentes áreas, pero nuestra favorita fue el área de las hamacas. Definitivamente volveríamos con nuestra familia y repetiríamos la experiencia
La ubicación es perfecta, fácil llegar y tiene salida al embalse.

La Paz y tranquilidad del lugar
Sus instalaciones están muy deterioradas , no son nada a lo que muestran en fotos, la zona común mesas dañadas, la fuente no funciona, las asoleadoras tampoco, en zonas comunes vi basura de botellas de ron, estuve 2 días y vi esas basura siempre ahí, deben actualizar el menú porque el menú q tienen no manejan lo q ofrecen
Excelente hotel, cumple con todas las expectativas. La comida es súper deliciosa, todo muy agradable e ideal para viajar y pasear en familia

Está muy deteriorado, en especial las zonas sociales, hace3 años estuve y se ve mucho abandono

Estuvimos sin TV, el último día no había agua caliente, el café es de pésima calidad, los colchones son muy incómodos
Al personal le falta más capacitación sobre atención al cliente.
