🐶🐱 At our other locations, we love welcoming your pets! To ensure a harmonious coexistence, please keep the following rules in mind:
Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence.
Restricted Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health

Fines
🛏️ Special cleaning of linens – If it is evident that the pet has been on the bed or sofas. COP $100,000
🧼 Deep cleaning of carpets – In case of feces or urine. COP $200,000
❌ Total damage to linens due to tears – If the bedding is irreparably damaged. COP $400,000
Important Notes
If any rule is violated or if the presence of the pet causes serious disturbances, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises, without refunding the amount paid for its stay.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we comply with current regulations in Colombia. Therefore, we inform you that dog breeds classified as potentially dangerous, and their mixes, must wear a muzzle at all times within our facilities.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Het prachtige uitzicht, de rust in de mooie natuur, het heerlijke eten, de vriendelijke hulp van het personeel en de verschillende faciliteiten (tafeltennis, pooltafel, kayakken, hangmatlounge, restaurant, verschillende chillplekjes, wasservice) waren geweldig!
Alleen de tuktukservice was minder geregeld, maar dat hebben ze ook opgelost door een taxi te bellen

El desayuno regular, también para el precio, un poco demorado
La comida estuvo muy bien y debo decir que en general es muy bonito el lugar.
no cambiaron sabanas, había mugre en las cobijas, pestañas postizas, cero olor a limpio. El lugar es hermoso pero les falta mucho en experiencia, la sala de juegos con par juegos para la cantidad de gente, cero juegos de mesa, un solo TV y par puffs, en los cuartos o en la cabaña que estábamos sin ventilador siquiera cuando es clima cálido en el día, el tv con un solo canal... les falta como cariño. Al finalizar hubo una pelea con unos huéspedes y se oían gritos, madrazos, se fueron a perseguir a alguien con amenazas muy subidas de tono y pues estábamos con niños... me pareció fatal esos comportamientos que a demás no fueron controlados por el personal y pues buscábamos paz no este tipo de desmadres. Las actividades ofrecidas eran kayak, jet ski etc que no bajan de 300.000 pero un vino, una tabla de quesos, una fogata, masmelos no se... les faltó mucho para lo que cobran...
Las instalaciones, tiene una vista hermosa a la represa.
1. El servicio del restaurante es supremamente demorado, desayuno y cena toman mucho tiempo.
2. Estuvimos en una habitación del tercer piso y la presión del agua es muy baja, el agua caliente no funciona, básicamente sirvió para medio bañarnos, el cabello largo imposible.
3. Espero que allá sido error de la señal, pero el día anterior estaba consultando un servicio y aunque hablamos sobre las 1:30 pm., la respuesta llegó a las 12:27 am, sinceramente a esa hora solo por educación creo que no se debería enviar un mensaje.
La ubicación en la cual se encontraba
La atención del personal no fue la adecuada (desde que se llegó hasta que se dejaron las instalaciones), se tiene publicidad engañosa con respecto a las instalaciones y el uso de los espacios tales como el bar
, el restaurante (tienes que avisar), las camas de descanso al aire (no habían y el espacio estaba en remodelación) y los espacios para ver el paisaje tenían las sillas dañadas.
Al igual no se contó con servicio al cuarto, no funcionaba la televisión y no tenían agua caliente (algo que es necesario dada la ubicación).
Ni hay venta de productos necesarios o de fácil acceso (alimentos).

No es que no nos haya gustado, el desayuno puede mejorar, mas.variado e incluir pan y jugo. La porción de fruta es muy pequeña. A mejorar las toallas, se ven envejecidas y se estan comenzando a descocer.

El hotel está muy alejado y la vía de acceso se encuentra en muy mal estado. Durante la noche fue imposible descansar por el ruido de fiestas externas, además encontré cucarachas en la habitación y el colchón de espuma hacía ruido con cualquier movimiento. Había pagado varias noches, pero decidí irme después de la primera porque las condiciones no eran aceptables. No lo recomendaría.
Lamentablemente, no hubo ningún aspecto que destacara positivamente durante mi estancia.
