Unforgettable stay and amazing hospitality!
Pros:

This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

It’s not about flashy luxury, but rather the warm atmosphere of being run by a wonderful local family.

There are only a few rooms, but they are incredibly spacious and everything was spotlessly clean.

​A huge plus was the small terrace, which was perfect for watching the hot air balloons in the morning.

​The food was also amazing. The homemade breakfast was massive and the quality was incredible. We even ended up having dinner at the hotel’s kitchen twice because the meals were spectacular.

​The service and support truly made us feel like part of the family.

Pros:

We spent three wonderful nights at Olivia Cave Hotel and had an amazing experience. The view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular – every morning you can watch the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly reflects the charm of the region.
The food is exceptional. The kitchen is outstanding, and the tomato cream soup is simply one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast is not extremely varied, but it is fresh, delicious, and more than sufficient.
Another highlight was the hotel's dedication to making our stay special. The staff recommended and arranged an incredible Turkish Night for us in a unique venue carved into volcanic tuff. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip.
The hotel's location is also excellent, just a short walk from the restaurants, shops, and the center of Göreme, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.
I would highly recommend Olivia Cave Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the hotel does not have its own private parking. However, this is quite typical in Cappadocia, where many hotels are located on narrow streets. With a little patience, we were always able to find a parking space very close to the hotel, so it never became a real inconvenience during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The hotel was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. One of the things we loved most was its unique cave-style design. The architecture and interior décor were beautiful and gave the hotel a special charm that made our stay even more memorable.

Our favorite part was the spacious terrace with its stunning view. Watching the hot air balloons early in the morning from the terrace was an unforgettable experience and made our stay even more special.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time here, and we highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Ottima struttura, sotto ogni punto di vista. Non appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con un caloroso benvenuto da parte del personale, che si è dimostrato fin da subito gentilissimo: ci hanno offerto un ottimo tè tradizionale e si sono presi il tempo per spiegarci nel dettaglio i migliori posti da visitare in Cappadocia e i vari tour disponibili (compreso quello in mongolfiera).
​La camera era molto bella: molto ampia, arredata con gusto e soprattutto pulitissima, ogni due giorni fornivano le bottigliette d'acqua gratuita , per nn parlare del te' gratuito da gustare in terrazza . Nota di merito anche per la colazione, davvero abbondante, varia e ricca di prodotti freschi e locali, perfetta per fare il pieno di energie prima delle escursioni.

Personal excepcional y todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar la zona
Pros:

El personal fue excepcional. Al llegar antes del horario de check-in, nos dejaron pasar directamente a la habitación porque ya estaba lista y también tienen consigna de equipaje para quien lo necesite. Durante toda la estancia, el equipo fue muy atento y nos ofreció constantemente opciones de actividades con distintas agencias. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con TV y Netflix incluido. El desayuno buffet es muy completo.

Cons:

Nada que destacar negativamente. Una estancia impecable.

It is a decent hotel in a good location.

Cons:

The hotel terrace does not face the site of hot balloons rising. You had to pay extra for a good coffee ( not from the coffee machine). The room could be a bit cleaner, certainly the window.
