There is no elevator at the property. Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) is located along the lively Boat Quay area, close to many restaurants, bars, and nightlife spots.
All rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise. However, some noise may still be present, especially during bar operating hours.
Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking.
This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.
The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show".
In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is nonrefundable.

The location was excellent and the property perfectly matched what I needed during my stay in Singapore. Having washing and drying machines both inside the room area and in the corridor was incredibly convenient. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept really well despite the lively surroundings outside. The responses from the staff were always very fast and helpful. I also loved being surrounded by dozens of restaurants and cafes right outside the door, while still being able to walk easily to many major spots around the city. The hotel itself had a very original and modern design language, and controlling the lights, curtains, air conditioning and TV from the iPad was a great touch. The Chromecast-compatible TV made the stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to Shannen, Edmar & Trisha for their kindness and professionalism throughout the stay.

Дуже хороша локація, через набережну до Маріна бей та Парку дерев комфортно неспішно пройти пішки. Дякую дуже персоналу, допомогли підняти багаж, по запиту принесли перехідник для европейської зарядки. Trisha, Shannen та Edmar весь час були на зв’язку та допомагали з кожним запитом дуже швидко. Локація, готель, менеджери - просто топ.
Very convenient location, very clean and comfortable.
It’s a great location. The check in process is easy and Shannen, Edmar and Trisha were available to help any time.
The room was slightly different from the pictures on booking, I didn’t notice until later but didn’t complain as it was still comfortable. One night, a fire alarm went off and woke up everyone, it turned out to be false alarm. Luckily I was still awake.
Die Lage ist super! Die Unterkunft sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders toll war die eigene Waschmaschine mit Trockner in unserem Zimmer! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Edmar & Trisha aber ganz besonders Shannen. Die uns super unterstützt hat und extrem freundlich und höflich war! Danke Shannen!
My stay was excellent from beginning to end, but I would especially like to highlight the service and responsiveness of the staff, both online and in person especially Shannen, Edmar, and Trisha.
Edmar was the person I had the most contact with during my stay, and he was always extremely friendly, efficient, polite, and genuinely willing to help and solve any situation. He carried my luggage several times and was always very kind and attentive. It truly made a difference in my experience.
The location is also perfect. You can do many things on foot, easily visit several tourist attractions, and enjoy great nearby restaurants and bars, including local food options.

Honestly, I 100% recommend this place. It was a wonderful experience, and I felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay.
The stairs were a bit steep, but that wasn't a problem because Edmar always helped me with my bags.
It’s really clean and easy to access vía online. Location is really good and laundry.
The rooms are tiny and without windows, but it is not bad, the rooms are comfortable.
The hotel room was like a Japanese tiny house. I absolutely loved it. Although it was small the storage was maximised
It was in a noisy area. I was warned about this so I didn't rate down, but just want other travels to be aware it is a lot. I used ear buds to minimise the noise but on the weekends they were ineffective.
The help and kindness of Shannen
Very clean hotel, they provided us with laundry powder, a good sized fridge freezer, hair dryer and TV. Very pleased with the stay and the staff were very accommodating. Especially Shannen, Edmar and Trisha! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The room was clean, but the fact of not having windows was still complicated. It was not a surprise (it was clearly stated on the booking page), but it was still rather difficult to live in.

The location is fantastic on Boat Quay and with views of the Marina Bay Sands. The staff are also really friendly and super helpful with luggage and things. Shannen was great and looked after everything perfectly.
EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. The room is sparkly clean, complete, and very comfortable. You can laundry your own clothes as well. The location is great, excellent value for money, the self check in is a bit confusing but the staff Trisha, Shannen, Edmar, and Faiz were so helpful and went beyond the extra mile and helped me so much. Since a lot of hotels in this price range dont really provide good service and literally “you get what you paid for”, but this hotel goes over and beyond and gives you seamless experience. I will 10/10 book again. Please don’t change!
