Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I will continue coming back

Cons:

The lady that serves the breakfast could smile and be more friendly. I was looking for creamer and was not greeted very friendly about it. I felt as though I was bothering her.

OK for a one night stay if you are working in the area, not recommended for families.
Pros:

Easy check in, clean, good breakfast, good size room.

Cons:

What a strange location, south of downtown with industrial property all around and a cemetery across the street. The hotel is surrounded on two sides by a motel sharing the same entrance driveway with some interesting people hanging around. We would not have felt comfortable walking around the area, not that there was anything to do there anyway. You enter an underground parking garage through the back of the hotel, and take an elevator straight up to your floor, which is convenient, but not very secure as anyone can walk into the garage and get on the elevator. There were not many other guests there, which gave the property an eerie feeling, and even at breakfast it was sparse. My breakfast table was so wonky I had to keep my foot on one of it's legs, and there was nowhere to refill a water bottle. The bathroom door was difficult to close, you had to push very hard to get it to latch. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. There was a trim strip on a wall corner that popped off when I bumped it accidentally, I informed the staff at checkout. Finally, my bad for not noticing, but there is no pool or hot tub.
