Pros:

Las instalaciones

Cons:

El domingo al entregar la habitación, necesitábamos trabajar una hora y pedimos un espacio, pero la recepcionista nos dijo que si teníamos carro en el parqueo, debíamos salir en el momento de entregar la habitación.

El parqueo estaba vacío, no entendemos porque no se nos concedió una hora más.

Clean, friendly staff, free and safe private parking lot close to the hotel, very good breakfast, good wifi and Netflix available.

Cons:

The rooms are too close to each other. You’re able to hear the noise from other rooms and from the people walking/talking on the hallway.

The hotel overall is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and although the property is older, it is well maintained and full of character. We stayed here twice during our visit to Antigua and had a great experience both times. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

Cons:

During our first stay, there was no hot water. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, especially given the warm weather, we reported it to the front desk, and they resolved it promptly.

Muy chevere, pasamos delicioso
Pros:

la tranquilidad del lugar, la terraza es muy chévere ya que puedes tener vista a los volcanes, el cuarto que nos tocó era demasiado amplio :)

Cons:

No es algo que no me haya gustado sino que el hotel es alejado bien del centro y las zonas turisticas pero eso genera tambien mucho silencio lo cual es muy rico también :)

Pésima ubicación, no tenian agua caliente a nuestra llegada, la habitación nos ofrecia vista al jardin y no era correcto

Nada, quiza el recibimiento del primer recepcionista, la amabilidad de el.

Cons:

Todo,a habitación no es nada similar a lo que “venden” por fotografias, muchos “pequeños” grandes detalles que sumados son terribles

They need more chairs on the outside the rooms
Trash situation needs to be isolated and hidden as well as other discarded objects left lying around.
