Pros:

The location is what makes Brady Apartments a standout. You are within walking distance of every attraction and most restaurants in Melbourne CBD. Even Lygon St is an easy half hour walk.

Location and lay out of rooms

Cons:

Could be cleaner. Also after breaking a glass and asking for it to be cleaned up, it wasn’t. Broken glass left on bench for next 2 days

Cons:

No air conditioning in the bedroom. Too hot to sleep well. The kitchen had very little cutlery and glasses and no cork screw.

That the room did not have a TV in the bedroom and also the couch in the lounge area to watch TV or just site and have a wine was not very comfortable

Location was great, balcony access was nice.

Cons:

Carpet was covered in stains throughout the apartment. Roof in the hallway had multiple missing sections that were left open. Dings, marks and poor paint patch jobs visible across the walls in the apartment and halfway.

Staff very friendly

Cons:

Very basic accommodation for the price. We were told on arrival that we had a lovely wrap around balcony, only to discover that we had a very narrow area and no furniture.
