Great location with really lovely and helpful staff, just do not accept a room near the lift.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very tastefully decorated. Beautiful bathroom.
Hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

This hotel is not cheap. We had a room near the lift - absolutely awful. Spoilt our stay as we were woken early to noisy guests, lifts, cleaners. Do not stay near the lifts. You pay a lot of money and do not get a good sleep.

Pros:

Right in the middle of a square centrally located. Front desk was very professional while being friendly and welcoming! Clean, historic and perfectly located!

Localização bem na pracinha central, perto do Palácio! Um charme! Café da manhã excelente, tem um buffet além de um menu que podemos pedir vários outros pratos, tudo incluso!

Cons:

O hotel não tem nome externo, que poderia ter! Não tivemos dificuldade pois viemos do aeroporto no transfer q contratamos do hotel q nos deixou na recepção, pois não entra carro na parte antiga!
