Location was convenient

Cons:

Cleaning of room should be more frequent-maybe once every two days. Also, change of towels should be placed in room - not back in the same bag where we put used towels for washing.
Also, should provide basic coffee or tea daily on daily basis.

Prima verblijf met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Prima hotel voor een prima prijs. Kamer was netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Jammer dat de rooftopbar niet open was. Ik mag met mijn tattoos het zwembad niet in volgens de regels maar een dranje drinken op dat mooie terras had me wel wat geleken :).

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – wir würden nicht wieder buchen und empfehlen, wenn überhaupt, nur das renovierte Gebäude.
Pros:

… nur die Lage: Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Umgebung und z. B. die Onsen in etwa 45 Minuten. Außerdem durften wir die Einrichtungen des neuen Gebäudes mitbenutzen, wie den Pool, die Sauna und das Onsenbad. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft so nicht noch einmal buchen.

Cons:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt und ehrlich gesagt auch etwas schockiert. Es gibt offenbar zwei unterschiedliche Gebäude: ein neu renoviertes, modernes Hotel und ein älteres – und wir wurden im deutlich schlechteren untergebracht. Das war für uns im Vorfeld anhand der Bilder und Bewertungen so nicht erkennbar.
Die Fotos wirken teilweise irreführend – auf den ersten Blick sieht alles gut aus, aber vor Ort entspricht es nicht wirklich dem Eindruck, den die Bilder vermitteln.

Aufzug:
Der Aufzug war eine Zumutung! Er schließt extrem schnell (gefühlt nach 3 Sekunden) sodass man Angst hat, eingeklemmt zu werden. Auch die Reaktion der Sensoren ist sehr schlecht. Mit Kindern würden wir dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen und man muss flink sein …

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer wirkte durch die Fotos deutlich größer als es tatsächlich ist. Zwar sind 14 m² angegeben, aber durch ,,die Weitwinkelbilder” erwartet man dennoch etwas mehr Platz. Auch die Hellhörigkeit war sehr störend – man hört wirklich jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern (Husten, Telefonieren, Liebesleben - einfach aaaalllllleees). Wir waren froh das wir 1 Nacht ,,ohne Nachbarn” hatten. Und noch happier das wir nur 3 Tage da waren…

Bad:
Das Badezimmer entspricht 0% den Bildern. Man musste eine Stufung zum Bad reingehen - und sah aus wie ein Campingkloanbau 🥲 (vor Schreck kein Bild von gemacht …)
Es wirkte alt, verfärbt (gelb und nicht weiß!!!!) und insgesamt sehr unansehnlich. Es war Staub an der Lüftung. Zudem war die Toilettenspülung extrem laut. Das hatte nichts mit den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite zu tun und war wirklich eine Zumutung. Und man konnte auch nur ,,alleine” dort sein. Sehr eng. Wir haben hier auch nie geduscht , sondern mit dem kostenlosen Zugang zum Pool Bereich im Nachbarhotel dann uns frisch gemacht 🥲🤣

可以使用新館的設施很讚～但是建議自己帶拖鞋～我穿了木屐不太會走路😆而且還被穿錯，導致光腳走回房間，好糗
房間有一點小～兩咖29吋行李箱可以一個全開一個半開！
床很大～～是雙人加大！
