Dear Summit Naga Staff - and especially the wonderful Ms. Juna at the Front Desk at check in!

Ms Juna was just wonderful and thoughtful and so helpful! Her check in procedure was flawless!!

Later in the evening Ms Juna further surprised me with a nice late night sweet treat !! So caring and a sweet and beautiful lady!!

Her level of service is above and beyond!!
