停車位很少，房間的隔音很差(樓上、左右房開水、講話、閞關門、音樂、步行聲)都聽得到，房間的浴巾羽毛巾有破損 老舊~很無言

La vista sul parco è carina.

Cons:

Decisamente non è a 2 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma a 5 minuti buoni a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Albergo un po' in periferia.

不會想再去。三千多元 不划算

早餐非常的簡陋，放在悶熱的環境中，青菜跟醬菜感覺都不是很新鮮了

飲水機離房間太遠了 很不方便。插頭的設置也非常不適當。

此次為出公差！有幸入住共生住宅！覺得很驚艷！環境各方面設備都不錯！建議加強隔音！外面走廊的說話聲音毫無隔音的傳入耳中，特別是深夜時！另外建議洗衣房加入烘乾機！
