Solides Hotel, würde aber beim nächsten Mal ein anderes buchen
Pros:

Nah an der U-Bahn (10 min bis Marienplatz) und einem günstigen P+R für 2€/24h, moderne Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, sauber, Klimaanlage, Zimmer an sich gut

Cons:

Personal unmotiviert und lustlos, Getränke an der Bar nicht zufriedenstellend, Snackautomat schluckt Geld, Auswahl beim Frühstück okay aber (unter der Woche) Rührei kalt und Wurst/Käse lagen schon länger rum. Für vier Sterne ist noch Luft nach oben

Bones instal·lacions però decebedor per un 4 estrelles i neteja deficient
Pros:

- Bones instal·lacions, habitació bonica i moderna, dutxa molt espaiosa i agradable, aire condicionat, nevera, etc.
- Esmorzar bo i força variat amb opcions dolces i salades, fredes i calentes.
- Ubicació: tot i estar lleugerament allunyat del centre, està molt ben comunicat amb transport públic, una línia de tram/metro et porta directe al centre en 15 min.

Cons:

- Equipament i espai: poc espai per roba, sense armari, només una barra amb penjadors als quals només hi cabien una o dues jaquetes. Si t’hi quedes gaires dies, no pots treure res de la maleta. El coixí em va semblar bastant incòmode (molt tou i s’enfonsava) i no n’hi havia cap altre com a alternativa.

- Neteja: tot i que en general donava la sensació d’estar net, em vaig trobar alguns detalls bastant desagradables: el vàter tenia unes taques grogues al seient que marxaven bastant al passar-hi un paper mullat, cosa que indica que el personal de neteja no s’hi va esforçar gens. Amb productes adequats, segurament hagués quedat net del tot. Al voltant de les frontisses també s’hi veia una mica de brutícia com si només es netegés superficialment.
A l’esmorzar també em vaig trobar els coberts bruts (no només un sinó els dos ganivets de la taula). Tot plegat, dona bastanta desconfiança en la higiene del lloc i resulta molt desagradable.

- Malgrat la varietat de l’esmorzar, em va semblar ridícul que el salmó fumat estigués racionat en uns petits recipients que anaven repostant quasi un per un, com si volguessin controlar quant en menjava cadascú o avergonyir-te per agafar-ne “més del compte”, i especialment considerant que dins de cada recipient n’hi havia una quantitat ridícula (un tall minúscul de la mida de mig dit). Si no esteu disposats a oferir aquest producte “massa luxós” en el bufet, simplement no ho feu. Però en cas contrari, no feu el ridícul d’aquesta manera.

- El pàrquing em va semblar bastant car (17€/dia) i més tenint en compte que just darrere de l’hotel, a un parell de minuts caminant, hi ha una àmplia zona d’aparcament públic per 2€/dia.

En general, tot i que les instal·lacions tenen molt de potencial per ser un hotel fantàstic, els aspectes negatius van ser molt decebedors i no corresponen gens a un hotel de suposadament 4 estrelles.

Kurzstopp in München
Pros:

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn "Studentenstadt". Mit der U6 in knapp 20 min im Zentrum.
Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Stellplätzen.
Moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers. Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden und 2 Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung wurden bereitgestellt.
Optimal für.einen Städtetrip.
Gut von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr eng.

OK, but not really great.
Pros:

Nice new modern hotel.

Cons:

No local telephone in the room - if you want to call reception, you have to call from your mobile phone. Not good.
The rooms are rather small.
If you want your room to be cleaned, you must put a sign on the door before 6:00 a.m. Really inconvenient,
There was only one big towel in the bathroom.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider konnte sich die Servicekraft an der Pfanne (frisches Omelette) keine Gesichter und Namen merken, was manchmal eine große Unruhe verursachte.

Das generelle Design war ansprechend und die Sauberkeit gegeben.

Cons:

Das Abend-Personal war unnahbar, unwissend (wir haben keinen Kofferwagen) und nicht serviceorientiert.

Zusätzlich hatte ich einen defekten TV und konnte die Zimmertemperatur nicht unter 22 Grad absenken. Diese Punkte wurde zwar vor Ort reklamiert, aber das Personal fühlte sich hierfür nicht zuständig.
