Cons:

Les chambres sont petites sans vue, l’état est très médiocre avec les rideaux décrochés, vieilles serviettes et draps déchirés. Le ménage n’est pas fait, les shampoings et gel douche ne sont pas remplis. Le personnel n’est pas qualifié, n’est pas respectueux.

Lækker morgenmad.
Skønne værelser med dejligt hvidt hotel sengetøj og bløde håndklæder

Cons:

Ingen aftensmad på hotellet men en guide til et skønt sted( beergarden med gode øl )

Leckeres Frühstück und Top Azubi. Er wirkte schon als Fachkraft
Pros:

Top Azubi und eine Empfehlung zur Einstellung. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln und hatten im 2 Zimmer noch ein Problem. Auch dies löste der Azubi zu unserer vollständigen Zufriedenheit.

Cons:

Tiefgarage hat nur sehr begrenzt Platz. Die Hotline in der Nacht zur Hilfe war eine Katastrophe (Chatboot) und 1 Mitarbeiter als ein Konzert stattgefunden hat ist fraglich. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war keine Unterstützung oder Hilfe mgl.

The location and the rooms were great. Definetaly VFM option

Cons:

I was charged by both Booking.com and the hotel. When I completed the registration form as requested, I understood that I would pay the hotel directly and that Booking.com would not charge me. However, I ended up being charged twice.

I tried contacting the hotel via WhatsApp and also reached out through Booking.com, but I couldn't get the issue resolved. Through the Booking.com messaging system, I was simply told to send an email. During check-in, I also showed the staff the duplicate charges and requested a refund, but once again I was told to send an email.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the duplicate charge and the lack of prompt assistance in resolving the issue.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, sauber.

Cons:

um ins maisonette studio zu gelangen musste man durch das restaurant bzw den frühstücksbereich. Zimmer jedoch waren sehr schön.
