It was clean. The speakeasy was cool.
The parking is tiny, so it is very hard to secure a parking even though you paid for it. It is actually a motel not a hotel.

Great location, fun atmosphere and spotless!
The speak easy lounge
I did not have the breakfast.
i think the room could have been a little cleaner. the cup in the bathroom was dirty, the soaps looked old. the shelves in the bathroom and closet were dusty. the area rug looked dirty.
Love this place.Been to Albuquerque 2 times this year, my only 2 times and love the whole vibe. Convenient location to Nob Hill restaurants. The rooms are great and beds are so comfortable. Great staff! Cool secret room...you'll need to stay there to find out. All local toiletries and the owner, a female, does an amazing job supporting fellow women. Not sure when or if I will be in ABQ again, I'm from NJ, however if I can't be, maybe you can. Trendy with excellent vibe.
Loved the hydration room!

Very friendly and clean! Great atmosphere!
Great location, great vibes, love the colors! Staff was wonderful!
Had one night in Albuquerque and wanted to stay on Route 66. Found reviews of Hotel Zazz and knew it was the place we were looking for. Its in the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque and there is a lot of historical route 66 kitschy architecture in the area. The hotel exceeded our expectations. People were so happy and welcoming and shared a lot of good ideas, including a fun dinner place ( M'Tucci Bar Roma- a very short walk) and a breakfast suggestion that also hit the mark (Flying Star Cafe- excellent food and we got a delicious to go scone that we enjoyed later that day) . Room was not very big, but was fine for two of us and the bed was very comfortable and it had refrigerator and coffee maker so all good and the colors, art, and vibe made it fun. It also had waterfall shower with locally made toiletries and Uber comfortable bathrobes. We enjoyed the hotel amenities including the pool which had kinds of bright and colorful fun plastic furniture, the popsicle happy hour and the speakeasy just beyond the lobby. Only negative was they must have been doing some spring cleaning since there was a lot of stuff near the entrance to the hydration station. Hotel has parking. Best to let them know when you reserve. Be aware it costs 12 dollars a day but that's well worth it since getting parking in the neighborhood especially if a weekend and nice weather likely very difficult.
Location on historic route 66 and the colorful fun vibe of the property, people working were super friendly and welcoming and offered so many suggestions for restaurants in walking g distance. Rooms have very comfortable beds, coffee maker, refrigerator and waterfall shower with custom locally made toiletries. Also Supersoft bathrobes and slippers. Popsicle happy hour is a fun idea and the pool with bright fun plastic furniture is inviting. Also enjoyed the speakeasy. Fun, colorful and a happy vibe.
Have to pay for parking but its ok since neighborhood could be very busy and having assured spot is worth the 12 dollars a night. Only negative was lots of stuff near door to the hydration station. Probably related to spring cleaning or some renovations on property. Not a big deal
Pleasant place to stay, friendly staff. Lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance (less than 10 mins).
