Cons:

Give me a connecting room; room is cold; breakfast is option limiting and not tasty; the clothe-set is very very narrow; do not have slippery; actually I think it only worth 120 dollars but it cost me 320 per night

Great location. Easy to reach out all main Chicago attractions by walking. Only missed the rooftop restaurant which was closed.

Convenient and comfortable stay near Union Station
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. It's incredibly convenient to Union Station, so I love to stay here when I take Amtrak to Chicago. And Uber pick-up right out front is easy. The staff was wonderfully welcoming, and, though I was early and my selected room wasn't ready yet, they were able to find me a room that was. The room was attractive, comfortable, clean, and quite pleasant. Security (key card needed for elevator and late-night entry) is present without being intrusive. And being able to purchase a snack in the lobby late at night is handy. The restaurant is in the connected Canopy Hotel, and I had an excellent breakfast.

Wonderful stay in Chicago

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn and the staff is AMAZING!! Anissa checked us in and gave us marvelous recommendations for dinner. At checkout, Candace helped us and was just as pleasant to work with!

Great Experience
Pros:

Even though the view wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for, we still enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere was nice and the room was very clean. The location was very central to everything we needed. We got what we paid for and the receptionist Anisa was a great help with everything we needed.
