Great all around stay! Jaime & Dana were super helpful
La ubicació, molt ben comunicat. Les instal.lacions eren noves. L.habitació tot i petita com les de New York, molt ben dissenyada, amb calaixos sota el llit i la pica del lavabo fora, cosa que al ser 4 n.agilitzava l.us.
Ens van donar un pis baixíssim tot i que feia molts mesos que teníem la reserva feta. Una llàstima, ja que nosaltres no crec que puguem tenir la sort de tornar.hi a anar.. Els llits una mica justos si sou 4.

This is my second visit with the fine folks at Motto Chelsea. Everyone I come in contact with, be it a member of the housekeeping team or one of the front desk experts, is kind, professional, and very knowledgable. I have travelled to NYC many times over the past 26 years, and find the offerings at Motto to meet all my needs. The rooms are indeed cozy, but are set up to allow you to have a place for everything and everything in its place. As I like to say, Motto gives me everything I need and nothing I don’t. I highly recommend! P.s. Shout out to Eddison, Richard, Omar and Dana, all located at the front desk.

The City views! The layout of the room and the cleanliness was incredible. It was so nice to return to my room after a long day to a tidy room and the most comfortable bed! the location was perfect for my needs and so many great places to eat!

This hotel is in a great spot for visitors to NYC. An easy walk from Penn Station, and close to lots of “must-see” places. The room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. And the VIEW from the landmark rooms on the upper floors cannot be beat!
But what really impressed me was the staff. I arrived in the middle of a worldwide system outage that left them without the technology to check guests in efficiently. It was a stressful situation that would have had me in tears, or loudly cursing (or both!) but everyone handled it like absolute champions. The names Jaime and Marissa stand out in my memory, but everyone who worked that night was calm, kind and as quick as they could be in those strange circumstances. I especially appreciated the bottle of water while I waited after a long walk in the heat.
Will absolutely make this hotel my go-to for future trips!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk was quick to check us in and give us a rundown of things. The elevators were pretty quick for how big it is. The breakfast sandwich and lattes from the restaurant were a great way to use the daily credit. The room was small, but that is a normal NY room. It was well laid out with hangers for our clothes and toiletry bags, plus a hair dryer. The shower has all the toiletries you need. Plugs next to the bed made it easy to charge our phones. And the air conditioning was great, one of the only times a hotel room hasn't woken me up sweating. They checked our luggage for us on our last day. Oh and they have activities like dating events and trivia, plus it is right by several subway trains.

We had a wonderful stay at Motto by Hilton Chelsea. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was clean, modern, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Herbie and Jamie for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Had a really great stay here! The staff are really accommodating, including the doormen Fitz and Khalid. The front desk staff Jamie and Herbie were always very helpful and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Super comfy bed, great location!
