The staff was so kind even with the amount of people flooding in. Housekeeping did an excellent job turning over our room even with our stuff everywhere.
Elevator wait times but it’s understandable with how busy it was.
The staff was extremely friendly, from check-in to service at the bar for a glass of wine.
The wait times for the elevator we inconvenient and posed issues in timing for coming and going.

I booked a room with landmark view, ended up on 33th floor and totally loved the view. Worth every extra penny. Even cancelled and rebooked twice few days before to get a cheaper rate on Booking.com. I stayed by myself and had enough space - with a second suitcase it's still manageable, but a bit more chaotic.
Staff was always friendly. I got a fresh bottle of water every day. There's a tab in the lobby to refill water, too. Location is great, good cafés and restaurants in the area. Didn't try the restaurant in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is, in my opinion, significantly overpriced for the quality of experience it provides, and I genuinely question how it maintains a four-star rating.
We stayed for one week and encountered issues from the very beginning. The elevator situation was consistently frustrating. During most hours of the day, all elevators appeared to be overloaded or unavailable, often resulting in wait times of 5–10 minutes simply to leave or return to our floor.
The room itself offered very little sound insulation. The gap around the entrance door was so large that it was possible to see people walking in the hallway from inside the room. As a result, every conversation, footstep, and movement in the corridor was clearly audible, making it difficult to enjoy any sense of privacy or quiet.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. Despite leaving generous tips throughout our stay, the level of cleaning and attention to detail remained below what one would reasonably expect from a hotel in this category.
The breakfast experience was particularly poor. After trying it once, we chose not to return. The restaurant presents itself as Italian-inspired, yet basic elements felt strangely executed. For example, cappuccino was served in a glass with a tablespoon, which immediately felt out of place.
More concerning was the food quality. I ordered pancakes at approximately 7:00 a.m., and they had a noticeable taste of meat and other residual flavors, suggesting that the cooking surface had not been properly cleaned between uses. At that hour, when breakfast service had only recently begun, this was especially disappointing and raised concerns about kitchen standards.
Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. Given the price point and advertised four-star status, I expected a significantly higher standard of comfort, maintenance, and service.
