Cons:

The room smelt like mildew the remote for the TV didn’t work front desk assistant told me to come to the front desk for new batteries instead of bringing them to me

Pros:

I loved how the hotel offered complementary amenities, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. I was also very impressed at the extra breakfast options, such as vanilla waffle batter, whipped cream, and sprinkles, and nuts and raisins for the oatmeal.

Another huge bonus is the all day coffee bar!!! Hallelujah!! 🙌

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were very excited to check in after a long ride, only to be greeted with a very unpleasant front desk employee. No "welcome", no smile, anything and was very rude. Off to a bad start sadly. That was definitely the worst part of our trip, seeing this gentlemen as we came and went.

Overall it was a good stay. I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Cons:

The furniture was pretty uncomfortable. Would have liked for housekeeping come and give us fresh towels and empty the trash. We had to go get towels on our second day. The ice machine on our floor didn't work.

Only concern is handicap rooms should not be on any floors except the first floor I can't walk downs
Cons:

I would like to have the handicap rooms on the first floor in case an emergency arise and won't be able to walk down stairs
