Pros:

Pros: Small covered garage convenient for rainy days. Complimentary parking. Quiet location. Secure. Front desk receptionist on day one was very helpful in jogging rooms around to accommodate our request.

Cons: Slowest housekeeping service EVER! Left my room at 9:20 AM. Came back at 3:10. Room still not cleaned. (It was in my folio for daily housekeeping). I’ve been here 4 days & only one day was good! Bed not made twice! Trash cans not emptied! Kleenex box not refilled. Number of replenished towels was not consistent. Tissue left on bathroom floor. Soap dispenser broken off wall in shower. I left a tip twice for housekeeping & feel like I should take it back! Housekeeping staff not properly trained.

No restaurant on site. Bistro closed between 10:00am - 5:00pm. No lunch available not even Starbucks. Staff is pretty lackadaisical. Would not recommend this hotel.

Everything - parking was awful, breakfast was subpar and the rooms are not worth the price.

Nice stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location was extremely secure and was within walking distance of our venue for the night. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was super convenient and the bartender was awesome.

Cons:

There was no pool or hot tub area which is always a nice addition.

Cons:

Having to use your key to get elevator to go to our floor. No instructions given at check in. Surprised of having to order and pay extra for breakfast. We left and got breakfast elsewhere at more reasonable cost.
