Great hotel with beautiful spa and amenities and very nice staff.
Pros:

The location, views, amenities and staff were amazing.

Cons:

It didn’t have AC and we were there in June in a heat wave and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Bon emplacement, bon équipement, bon petit-déjeuner, parking spacieux et directement accessible par l'ascenseur

Cons:

J'étais dans une corner room, haus Wald, la terrasse était spacieuse, excellement orientée Eiger et Wetterhorn, mais gachée par un bruit de fond , fort et permanent, du type air conditionné.
L'hôtel est excellent, mais d'un prix plutôt élevé en comparaison d'autres hôtels 4*, aussi bien ou même mieux situés. L'avantage est de pouvoir réserver au dernier moment.

We enjoyed their three bedroom suite for our family who needed the extra space. Unfortunately the pool was not available
Pros:

The location is perfect being in view of the majestic Alps, just off the Main Street so without noise but the convenience of shops and restaurants, and in very close proximity to the gondola to go up to First.

Pros:

Bergwelt Grindelwald upgraded us to a junior suite, which was totally awesome. The room was spacious, the bar and snacks were free, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view. We were grateful for free parking since there is a shortage in Grindelwald. The place is walking distance from shops, cafés, bars, a supermarket, and restaurants. We enjoyed the food in their restaurant. The spa was also lovely with an outdoor jacuzzi, indoor pool, free fruits, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
