Wonderfully romantic luxury hotel resort at Grindelwald.
Pros:

The in house restaurant is amazing. Location is fantastic, near the main train station and gondola to First Cliff but quiet enough since it is off the main road. The staff is always polite and very helpful. Beautiful interiors with a great view of the Eiger.

Cons:

The shower area doesn’t have a door. It can be a little chilly to shower in there and water temperature is not always stable, This is okay for couples but not so suitable for family sharing.

Disappointing stay, especially for the high price tag. we won't be rushing back to this hotel.
Pros:

Location of hotel is superb. Close to the town and mountain lifts. Nice outdoor Jacuzzi in spa area. Cool bathrooms near reception.

Cons:

Noise level of restaurant below our room was insane. The hotel had outdoor events on two out of the three nights we stayed which was deafening and went on late into the evening with no prior notice when we booked. The reception supervisor apologised on Whatsap and offered us complimentary massages which was a nice gesture; however, we would have preferred the peaceful mountain break that we booked this hotel for! We did not see a manager throughout our stay and staff were not that friendly in the bar or restaurant. Check in was chaotic. The rooms were extremely hot with no real aircon, just air being blown into the room. Room cleaning was very poor and upon arrival our bathroom was dirty and someone else's luggage was in our room. Management need to review the customer service and cleanliness of this hotel and provide better training for staff.

Pros:

Great location. Nice clean hotel. The weather was a bit hot during the day during our stay, but we appreciated the dyson fan in the room to cool it down.

حجزت أطلاله على الطبيعه وتفاجأت بمباني تحجب رؤية الطبيعه امامي

الخدمات لا ترقى لفندق خمسة نجوم ولا اربعة بل ولا لثلاثة نجوم لا يوجد موظفين للمساعدة في حمل الحقائب الفطور عادي وأقل من العادي القيمه مقابل الخدمات مبالغ فيها ولا تستحق هذا المبلغ لا انصح في الإقامة في هذا الفندق

Unique experience
Pros:

First visit was on 2021, and after that we are traveling there once a year! Hotel has its own identity, staff is friendly and very calm and nice atmosphere..Spa is very nice and relaxing!Overall a unique experience!

Cons:

Swimming pool was not heated and it was quite cold.Also I would like to have a bigger window where we could visit the pool with the kids and have the opportunity to stay more there!

Fantastic hotel and location. Would fully recommend!
Pros:

Absolutely excellent hotel. Stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. Incredible location and views, great spa facilities, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

There is barely anything I can fault, the pool is a little small, so best for a cold plunge rather than swimming, but otherwise brilliant,
