Pros:

Reserved one of the larger (more expensive) rooms due to size of party (4). Shuttle service is fantastic. Room was extremely dark and hot … no AC for 1500$ usd per night. Seemed understaffed. Breakfast was great. Not sure how this is Michelin Key.

Hochwertiges, tolles Design Hotel mitten in Grindelwald

Design Hotel mitten in Grindelwald. Je nach Zimmer Kategorie und Lage (2Häuser) des Zimmers sehr außergewöhnlich. Gute Tiefgarage. Restaurant und Frühstück hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein und fein, aber Zeit reduziert.

Cons:

(Das Hotel ist scheinbar auf hochwertige, arabische und asiatische Gäste abgestimmt, deshalb ist der Preis leicht überzogen?)

Helt ok hotell, bra mat, litet poolområdet och vissa av personalen var inte alls trevliga

Vårt rum var fint (vindsvåning) frukosten var bra, maten var jätte god både på hotellet och Pinte

Cons:

Poolområdet var jätte litet, du fick bara vara där 90 min och boka innan. Personalen var lite snorkiga vissa av dem andra var super trevliga men det var framför allt i receptionen när vi kom

Frühstücksbereich und Angebot v.a. Was Glutenfrei betrifft. Auch das Käse-Angebot sehr mager. An der Bar bekamen wir nicht mal einen Drink Lilet. Immer wieder die Ausrede es ist soeben ausgegangen

10/10 one of the best!
Pros:

Extraordinary happy with our stay, not only were there 0 issues but everything was perfect. Food at their restaurant we tried both phenomenal, the staff and particularly the restaurant manager Marcel was able to give great recommendations for our stay and looked after us so well. Sauna and stainless steel pool were better than expected. Bedrooms all have balconies overlooking the mountain range and can see it from the bed.

Cons:

My only advise might be to lower the extra change of room service to the room seemed a bit high.

Perfect hotel worth it
Pros:

Everything is exceptional about this hotel ( staff really helpful , breakfast gym and pool and rooms are amazing ) on disadvantage no ac and in summer its hot

Hotel could be great but is just “ok”given price
Pros:

I don’t usually write reviews. This hotel was great in many ways….location..3 bedroom residence with amazing views.

Service didn’t match that though particularly given the price. We were in the residences which we found out was newer and didn’t have air conditioning which would have been nice to know.

The room weirdly only had one key which defeats the purpose of a family going to a 3 bedroom apartment. We kept having to leave the key at the front desk for another family member to pick it up or to have our room cleaned

We were there 2 days and didn’t have our room cleaned despite leaving our key at the front desk.

This place really could be great which is what we experienced at our next stop of Mont cervin in zermatt.

For the very high price, this was disappointing.
