Outstanding as always
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Sofia. I’ve stayed here around 10 times, and I keep coming back every time I’m in the city.

A few things I really value:

1. Free parking. I’m always traveling by car, so having free parking at the hotel is incredibly convenient.
2. Excellent public transport connection. The tram stop for Tram #5 is right outside the hotel and takes you to the center of Sofia in about 10 minutes. I literally park my car and don’t move it again until I leave.
3. Spacious, minimalist rooms. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and spacious, and the daily housekeeping is outstanding.
4. Big windows and great views. If you can, ask for a room facing the boulevard—the view is fantastic.
5. Great rooftop and restaurant. Both are definitely worth checking out.

Keep up the great service! I’ll definitely be back.

We needed a few days of luxury, and relaxation. Suited perfectly!
Pros:

Nice spot, close to public transport. The pool is really nice at the end of the day. Fresh and nice breakfast with enough to choose from.

Cons:

The pool closes to early, and during our stay, the kitchen was closed for dinner.

Pros:

Staff attention and service, the room was very clean and good value for the money.

Cons:

There was no extra pillows in the drawers but that does not reduce the rating that I will give. Just noting there was no extra piece.

Pros:

Готель перевершив сподівання. Все так зроблено по молодіжному. В номері чекала листівка з привітанням і побажанням гарного перебування (дріб’язок, але приємно), на екрані ТВ виведене було також прізвище з привітанням)
Персонал гостинний, ми робили чек ін біля 00.00, нам декілька раз писали на пошту інструкцію, як прикріпити в готель. На ріцепшені зустрів привітний персонал, який швиденько нас поселив в номер з прекрасним видим міста)
Фішка готелю, басейн на даху, ми там провели півдня, насолоджуючись гарною панорамою. Єдиний мінус, що нам після бронювання і оплати номера, повідомили, що басейн може бути закритий для приватних вечірок, і всю інфу ми можемо знайти в інсті чи соціальних мережах, про що на сайті букінг не було вказано. Готель ми бронювали саме через басейн. Нам повезло, вечірок не було і ми могли насолоджуватися панорамою, плаваючи в басейні.
Інша класна фішка, що чек аут робиться о 12.00 і до 14.00 ви ще можете бути в басейні, а потім, якщо потрібно спуститися в бар на поверх нище і випити чашечку кави з гарною панорамою.
З готелю зручно добиратися в центр та аеропорт.
Ліжко у нас було king size, тому ми гарно виспалися у готелі…

Cons:

Що після оплати повідомили, що басейн може зачинятися для приватних вечірок. Як на мене, про це потрібно зазначати перед бронюванням. Можливо про це десь і вказано, але ми не знали цього.
