Pros:

Igényes, sokféle választék a büféreggelinél. Kifejezetten nagy választék van alternatív tejekből is. A kávé finom, a gyümölcslevek nem vizezettek, hanem tartalmasak. A vacsoraválaszték megfelelő, mindenkinek lett kedvence a nagycsaládban.
Az elektromos biciklik tárolására és töltésére rugalmas lehetőséget biztosítottak. A medencerészleg családias, a teraszáról pazar a kilátás.

A személyzet tagjai egytől-egyig mind nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak!

Tranquillo e rilassante, con piscina e spa

Pros:

Pulizia impeccable sia nella stanza che nel l'intera struttura. Sono stata benissimo in questo meraviglioso hotel, molto rilassante circondato da prati e boschi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare la signora Cornelia della reception. Le camere sono pulitissime, spaziose e luminose I letti sono molto comodi e il bagno è molto grande e pulitissimo. La colazione del ristorante è ottima e molto varia e anche il ristorante offre dei piatti molto buoni, abbondanti e ben fatti. Camerieri molto gentili e sempre sorridenti e ti fanno sentire ben accolto. Davanti all hotel c'è il capolinea del bus che porta fino a Graz, ogni ora. Grazie ancora

Es war sehr schön mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Personal in allen Bereichen, Rezeption, Restaurant oder Reinigungskräfte waren zu aller Zeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem hilfsbereit. Das fanden wir besonders toll und das ist ja leider nicht immer so.

Cons:

Mir hat im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank gefehlt. Gerade bei der Hitze im Sommer um ein paar Getränke oder auch Medikamente zu kühlen. Mein Wunsch das die unser Zimmer und das meines Sohnes nicht wie gewünscht nah beieinander sind.

Cicho i spokojnie
Pros:

Bardzo ładne ciche miejsce z basenem i restauracją. Dużo udogodnień dla rodzin. Bezpłatny parking.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji i wiatraka spowodował, że sen nie był najlepszy. Strasznie duszno. Basen powinien być lepij pilnowany.

Schönes Hotel mit 2 „kleinen“ Mängeln
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und modern ausgestattet, zudem war ein großzügiger Balkon vorhanden. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und täglich lag auch frisches Obst bereit. Das Hallenbad konnte bis 22.00 Uhr genutzt werden und zusätzliche Badetücher sowie Bademäntel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Auf der Hotelrechnung habe ich leider erst zu Hause festgestellt, dass uns ein Getränk in Rechnung gestellt wurde, welches wir nicht konsumiert hatten. Eine Erstattung erfolgte erst nach mehreren Mails, da man (logischerweise) auch keinen von uns unterzeichneten Beleg vorlegen konnte!

Das Hauptgericht des Menüs am letzten Abend war Spaghetti Bolognese, die den Abend bzw. die Nacht dann leider erheblich beeinträchtigten. Da ich vor 40 Jahren eine Gallenblasenoperation hatte und seit mehr als 35 Jahren keinerlei Probleme mit Hackfleischgerichten hatte (obwohl ich schon öfters solche in verschiedenen Restaurants/Gaststätten konsumierte), war das eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung. Da sich auch bei meiner Frau eine Magenverstimmung geringerer Art nach dem Abendessen einstellte, kann ich die Erläuterung einer Mitarbeiterin/eines Mitarbeiters des Hotels (lediglich eine Grußformel ohne Angabe eines Namens) nicht nachvollziehen, dass weder andere Gäste noch die Hotelangestellten ähnliche Probleme hatten!
Vielleicht ist der Fettanteil bei Hackfleisch in der Steiermark einfach wesentlich höher?!
