příjemné místo, čistý hotel, dobrá snídaně, personál na recepci příjemný a usměvavý

Cons:

obsluha v restauraci katastrofální. Paní číšnice chodí jednou za hodinu ke stolu se zeptat jestli ještě chceme něco k pití. Při jedné takto ojedinělé návštěvě mě polila pitím - asi chtěla aby jsme již odešli. Omluvu jsem neslyšel

Cons:

​We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and will never come back. I stayed at this hotel with my wife, a baby, and our 3-year-old son. I paid €200 per night, yet the hotel charged an extra €15 for a baby cot. On top of that, there was no blanket or pillow for our older son. The entire room smelled like visiting an old grandmother's house. There wasn't even a single drinking glass in the room—absolutely nothing. When we asked for an electric kettle to make milk for the baby, we were told they didn't have any.
​As hotel guests, we wanted to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was completely empty, yet the waitress told us that without a reservation, we would have to wait. A reservation for staying guests in an empty restaurant?! The overall impression was that she simply didn't want us there because she actually had to work.
​On a positive note, the lady at the reception was quite helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and I don't even want to get started on the sofa bed—terrible, broken, and unusable. It's ridiculous that they call this a "Superior Room" when a guest doesn't even get a drinking glass. We are definitely not coming back.

Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend!

Nur Kleinigkeiten:
z.B. ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad oder im Familienzimmer ein Vorhang bei der Trennwand aus Glas
Wichtig wäre ein Insektenschutz bei den Balkontüren und -fenstern!!

Sokadjára visszatérők vagyunk. Ez mindent elmond.
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon jo volt, bár a férjem hiányolta a virslit:)
Az étlapot ebédnél, vacsoránál pedig rugalmasan kezelték, sajàt szájízre.
A táj eszméletlenül szép.

Cons:

Szunyoghálót nagyon hiányoltuk az ablakokrol.
Picit színesebb lehetne a szoba.
