Pros:

Having a kitchenette was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was not huge but it was well laid out.

Cons:

The rooms do not have blackout blinds/curtains, so it was quite bright in the room very early in the morning. The rooms also do not have AC and although it cooled down a bit at night, it was too hot and humid in the room during the day.

Pros:

The apartments are in a great location near the park, easy to reach the buses to the mountains, as well as train station. The staff was super helpful and nice with every question (we are very thankful!); we used the Welcome card (which is a great possibility in Innsbruck). The apartments were very clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, the place was very welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Dadurch dass man die Fahrräder nicht reservieren konnte, waren nicht immer welche vorhanden.

Zentrumsnah und trotzdem fast im Grünen
Pros:

Check-in hat sehr unkompliziert und verlässlich funktioniert.
Nettes Zimmer mit praktischer Aufteilung.
Kaffeekapseln sind vorhanden und wurden gratis nachgefüllt.
Sehr aufmerksamer Rezeptionist - er hat uns im Treppenhaus im 2. OG bezüglich des Abflusses, der getropft hat reden gehört, und war schon bei uns, bevor wir unten waren. Bei unserer Rückkehr am selben Tag war das Problem zudem behoben..
Lage praktisch direkt "neben" dem Rapoldipark (mit netten, schattigen Plätzchen) und dem Sillpark (10 min zu Fuß), um einzukaufen. Dort hat man zudem gute Anbindungen an das Öffi-Netz.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist gar nicht barrierefrei (jeder Eingag hat Treppen und es gibt keinen Lift) - das war für uns kein Thema, muss man aber wissen.

Super Zimmer in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wir konnten Nachtsüber das Fenster offen lassen und wurden nicht vom Stadtlärm gestört. Das Zimmer und auch die Ausstattung waren wirklich top. Die farbenfrohe Gestaltung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, Betten bequem, alle sehr nett

Cons:

Zimmer sehr heiß. Durch das fix montierte Fliegengitter kommt wenig Außenluft rein. Aber es sind Ventilatoren vorhanden.
