The rooms were really really nice to fit in with my Budget. Wasn't expecting them to look so good.
The front desk clerks were a little standoffish, didn't really have information on certain things I asked.

They didn't have any luggage carts available just one for the entire hotel and someone kept it for themselves in there room so had to carry everything by hand to our room . We made multiple trips and the breakfast
was okay. and the location of the hotel was in a bad area.
I like the highest security and the staff that’s it. The bed was also pretty good in the room size decent
My microwave is broken, and there was not enough parking so you had to park in non-parking spot or in the fire lane, which is a hazard
Came and try to get my room and the staff told me there is no room for me and there was an issue with the room without notifying me ahead of time so I can book another place. Worst place ever for communication.

I like how nice and clean, comfortable the rooms and beds always are! Nicely furnished and fully furnished kitchenette full size fridge makes it handy and saves money by having available to cook and eat in the room. Love how nice and quiet the rooms are always have a relaxing stay when we are fortunate enough to get a room on our trip to OKC very affordable & always pleasant stay ☺️
Parking is hard to come by because you are very limited parking area in the front of the building causes you to have to park in area next door that has questionable activity however appreciate continued security on duty monitoring the building and parking lot.
