A localização era boa, o tamanho do quarto era ok tb.
Eu reservei 3 quartos pois viajei com a familia. Em 2 deles não houve serviço de quarto(house keeping) por 2 dias!!!!!
Emplacement personnel souriant et réactif
Chambre trop petite, climatisation trop bruyante et dérangeante on entend notre clim et celles des autre chambres de l’hôtel. Trop bruyant mauvaise qualité de sommeil.
Large bathroom -Nice responsive staff
Room really small for price. Fitness room had minimal space and equipment--maximum 4 people can even fit.
L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Times Square, parfait pour visiter Manhattan à pied. Le personnel d’accueil est également très sympathique et disponible.
En revanche, la chambre était vraiment très petite et le lit peu confortable. L’insonorisation est insuffisante, on entend fortement le bruit de la rue toute la nuit, ce qui peut être gênant. La douche avait un jet trop agressif et peu agréable. La moquette semblait vieillissante et pas très propre. Enfin, les serviettes ainsi que les toilettes n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée.
My daughter and I stayed for 6 days. We felt the whole time very comfortable: our room was big enough and we slept very well. The location of Pestana is perfect: very central and not to close to Timesquare, where it is very busy and loud. Especially the staff was very kind and helpful! We would stay at Pestana any time again.

El baño costaba para bajar creo q tiene un tema con la cañeria, si bajaba pero habia que darle varias veces
Me gusto mucho la ubicación, los ambientes del hotel, la habitación super cómoda, y el gimnasio todo lo necesario para poder hacer ejercicios. Además me dejaron un regalo de bienvenida.
Dejar agua en el cuarto todos los días, solo hubo el primer día.
