I would only stay there for necessity and my convenience
Pros:

Great location , comfy beds and clean facilities.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Rooms were dingy and dark with no ventilation, aircon was not working.
Considering the hotel was in a cosmopolitan area, the bar shut completely at 10:15, for food and drinks,the bar staff said they were tired leaving us with nachos for an evening snack and no second drink
Lots of arriving people were not so lucky.
Breakfast and lack of staff was equally disappointing.

De klant vriendelijkheid. Tijdens het boeken zijn we erachter gekomen dat de kamer niet helemaal naar ons wens was. Het uitzicht was naar binnen en we wisten niet zeker of de gordijnen doorzichtig waren. Dit is lastig te zien op de foto. Dit was belangrijk voor ons om comfortabel te kunnen slapen i.v.m. privacy. Ik heb toen contact opgenomen met de klantenservice via booking.com. Later gaven ze aan dat de kamers beschikte over verduisterende gordijnen, maar ondertussen had ik al telefonisch contact opgenomen, Tijdens dit telefoongesprek legde ik de situatie uit. Ik gaf aan dat ik het niet erg vind om eventueel extra bij te betalen maar dat de privacy belangrijk is. Mijn wens was dan ook een kamer met uitzicht naar buiten toe. De medewerker gaf aan dat dit mogelijk is en er inderdaad een beetje kosten bijkomen. Na akkoord heeft hij het voor mij aangepast. Uiteindelijk heeft hij erbij gezegd dat het "cost-free" was en hebben ze mij een gratis upgrade gegeven. Ik ben zeer tevreden met de service. De medewerker heeft erg goed voldaan aan mijn wensen.

Cons:

Het was een beetje warm in de kamer ondanks het gebruik van airco. Tijdens aankomst was er ook een man en vrouw aan het ruziën op onze verdieping. Dit was iets minder fijn want de vrouw was heel hard aan het huilen en we maakten er ons wel een beetje zorgen om. Dit kan het hotel natuurlijk niet altijd voorkomen.

Witzige Unterkunft zwischen Hotel und Hostel mit perfekter Anbindung zum Flughafen!
Pros:

Die Lage war fantastisch um mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unkompliziert und in 10 Minuten zum Flughafen zu gelangen.
Das Personal war sensationell zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist, dass es im Zimmer keine "Luft von draußen "gegeben hat. Die Zimmer haben zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber das ist für einen Frischluftfanatiker keine adäquate Lösung!

Highly recommended for a quality stay near airpot. Good value for money.
Pros:

Location is excellent: only three stops by bus from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Staff is kind and polite. Rooms are spaceous and quiet. Good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are rather dark (no windows and artificial lighting is minimal).
