Cons:

Broken tiles in the toilet, a not comfortable bed.
Also sound proof is quite poor. It seems there is no one controlling a crazy noise complaint. During my stay there was a group of people upstairs drinking and screaming like monkeys in the middle of the night (like 2am to 3am). No one seemed to control them and we weren't able to sleep the whole night.

Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl ich ein Zimmer zur Straße in der ersten Etage hatte. Bett war sehr gut. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Haltestellen der Busse sehr gut erreichbar.

Pros:

Было чисто. Белоснежная постель, удобный матрас и подушки. Душ работал исправно. Чистые полотенца приносили каждое утро. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый.
