The property was super close to the venue we attended. It was very clean. The only downside was that they cleaned with fabuloso that was so strong my mouth tasted like soap! But it was 10/10 the cleanest hotel I’ve ever visited.
There was quite a bit of trash and debris in the areas surrounding the hotel seemingly an encampment.
It was clean and close to campus. It's a beautiful hotel.
The front desk staff are never friendly. I'm always left standing for at least 10 minutes to check-in. They have either not been anywhere near the desk and not even an apology once they return. It feels like you're an inconvenience to them. Or they are multiple at the front desk having conversations and no kind of acknowledgment of customers standing waiting in front of them. Breakfast choices and coffee are mediocre. You still have to pay additional for the parking and it's not valet.
The breakfast options were lacking. They had healthier options like oatmeal, however it was the instant cup that required you to heat it up in the microwave — except there was no microwave in sight. It was in the kitchen where guests were not allowed to enter.

Convenient location, clean, good breakfast
I was unable to check in for over an hour, 3:00- 4:15, because the computer system was down. No one considered at least writing names of the 8-10 guests in line so that eventually names could be called. NO backup plan to bypass computer problems—no plan at all
Bathroom door is glass so if anyone got up during the night, the light bothered anyone still trying to sleep.
Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast assortment. Easily walkable to stadium for event we were in town for.
Had to keep key card in slot for lights. Parking is tight.
Nice , modern , spacious and clean
nothing really except receptionist on check could have been a lot more welcoming and at least try and look like she enjoyed her job, not helpful when it came to asking for quarters for the laundry as the change machine was broken.

It didn’t have a pool and was definitely advertised on the website before I booked with booking so I waisted 400 still waiting to get my money back
the hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the couch area was separate from the sleep area, the staff-everyone from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the breakfast servers all kind, friendly and proactive!
the tv set up was closer to the couch, it would have been nice to have one in the bed area and a smaller one in the couch area. the room dividers over the desk was not as clean as they could have been-I wanted a shower only room, this one had a tub-lastly when traveling you can pass this hotel as the entrance is not lit or marked with a vibrant color- which would help-I could not even tell the entrance from the back-it could be just me not into puzzles
It was clean, and smell great, the staff was pleasant to talk with and they made sure you were informed about it the property. It was only Three blocks from the event we were attending.
