Need to make sure the lifts work!
Pros:

Location is good for work and it is a safe area to walk around with a good steak restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Balcony room is very good.

Cons:

The lifts were broken and I had to carry my case up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room and on check out as well. I am a 60 year old woman travelling alone and the staff could not have been more unhelpful. I bought drinks for my colleagues and they would not charge it to my room and I was going to get my credit card from my room and the waiter chased me, it was so embarrassing. I travel extensively and this was a disappointment.

Desagradable, para la próxima lo pensaremos primero o remos a revisar si están funcionando perfectamente los elevadores
Pros:

Los elevadores no servían, y nos estacionamos en el sótano y como no bajaba el elevador porque no servía, quisimos entrar por las escaleras y tampoco abrían las puertas del estacionamiento para las escaleras, tuvimos que subir con un bebé en brazos y con equipaje por la rampa, pésimo servicio.

Cons:

Es nuestro hotel favorito, en el que siempre nos quedamos cuando vamos a Jrz, y siempre todo de maravilla pero en esta ocasión no fue así, estuvimos a punto de pedir un reembolso y salirnos del hotel porque fue muy frustrante que no sirvieran los elevadores y estuviéramos batallando tanto
