Regarding breakfast,
Currently, when the restaurant becomes crowded, guests are asked to wait in front of the restaurant. However, this often results in long waiting times, which can be inconvenient for guests. In many hotels in Japan, guests are asked about their preferred breakfast time at check-in, and the hotel manages the number of guests for each time slot based on availability. For example, by allocating guests to specific time slots such as 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00, it is possible to spread out demand and avoid long queues, even when restaurant seating is limited.
Compared to having guests wait in line in front of the restaurant, assigning breakfast times at check-in could improve guest satisfaction, reduce congestion, and lessen the workload for staff.
In addition, the breakfast menu was almost the same every day. As I stayed for several consecutive nights, I eventually became tired of the limited variety. Although my stay included breakfast, I only used the service during the first two days. Introducing some daily menu changes or rotating a portion of the offerings could further enhance the experience and satisfaction of long-stay guests.

Dirty Carpet remote control for the TV need a battery and without USB,type C port for cellphone to charge
The room was not prepared to the expected standard. I was allocated an unrequested connecting room, which affected my privacy and comfort. The room also lacked tea, had an unpleasant stench, and contained an unclean toilet, a nonfunctional television, and an unusable safe with no batteries.
I reported these issues to the porter that evening and was told an engineer would attend. However, because it was after 8:30 pm, repairs were deferred until the following day, when I was due to check out.
I had already booked a further three-night stay the following week, but cancelled it after this experience and moved to Okada instead. The hotel therefore lost that booking as a direct result of these issues.
Management should review how the room was released in this condition and take steps to prevent similar problems from affecting other guests.

The place is near at the airport, the room is clean and comfortable to stay good for its price
