A true Margaritaville feel
Pros:

There were so many things I loved about this hotel! The location was perfect! Right in the action of pigeon forge yet a quick drive to the park! This is a very KID friendly hotel, literally one of the best stays my kid’s ever hard! The staff was super kind, accommodating, friendly, and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect! Shout out to Rusty, he was so kind and helped me any way possible! I was so impressed how the WHOLE stay did so well with all the kids, including my boys who were a little wild.

Cons:

I loved it all honestly

Great experience staying for the first time at this hotel.
Pros:

Good location and nice amenities. Loved the lazy river, good food, and made s'mores by campfire. Nice sized rooms for the family--the tent room was a hit with our kids! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Cleaning staff replenished our towels, took the trash, and replaced the water bottles and coffee supplies daily.

Cons:

Our body wash container was empty and never refilled during our stay. The trash cans were too small.

It really is a 10/10 stay I think we just got a dud room.
Pros:

As always we love this hotel, the food, amenities, and vibes are all so wonderful! It’s like an oasis, you don’t really have to leave unless you want to.

Cons:

The room we stayed in the beds were not comfortable. We normally get the king suit but this time we got 2 queen beds and the mattresses were very springy. It was also very warm when we stayed but our room never full cooled off. We were staying with friends and their room was ice cold. We also couldn’t use our curtains at bed time because the blinds blocked the air flow of the ac unit and we woke up super early because of it. Minor things, but they could be fixed!
