Convenient and enjoyed all the activities.
Pros:

Location and plenty of things to do for kids on property.
The bartender was wonderful and the food was great too.

Cons:

Noisy and had hard time getting garbage picked up from our room and getting soap for room.
Beds were not the most comfortable.

Overall pretty good stay.
Pros:

I liked the rooms .. very spacious. The pool was nice although very cold. Staff were kind and friendly. Drinks were really good. Nice arcade.

Cons:

I did not like the $100 incidental hold , especially being on a budget during vacation. Wild kids at the pool that almost hit my toddler with a football multiple times.

Location, size of room, comfortable beds

Cons:

Lack of detailed cleaning- corners and floor of shower were dirty, floors weren’t swept/cleaned thoroughly. Pool area had loose and cracked tiles. Mini fridge did not work unless there was only 1-2 small beverage cans in it; so we could not store any food or milk in it.

Pros:

Love the staff and options to stay busy.

Cons:

Noticed that the cleanliness isn't as it has been in the past. Grime in the showers and corners. Trash behind the fridge and food left from previous occupants. Broken shampoo holder in the shower. Small things but very noticeable to someone has been coming frequently since you opened your doors.

We had 3 rooms booked at the same time on different floors and wings of the hitel. Over priced for the area. The lighting in the room was wonky. Switches in odd locations
