This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were comfy, AC perfect, and the pool was nice too. The best part was the young concierge. He was kind and so helpful.
I wouldn’t change a thing.
First off, here are the positives. Julie and Robin from reception are fantastic humans furthermore Anna and India from spa are stellar workers.
But these three incidents at the Omni made me question, is your staff safe? What is the quality of your hospitality training strategy?
I came to the Omni to rest, but also take a look at your space for a potential fundraiser/gala initiative.
Incident 1: inappropriate women at the spa area, speaking nonsense and harassing your guest/staff. Talk about relaxing. Throwing towels, dog was being dragged across the hotel area and vaping.
Please invest in better security.
Incident 2: overworked and lackluster bartenders at French restaurant. I came for a post dinner drink, sat patiently, made eye contact, spoke up, raised my hand … nothing 5 mins pass by then 10 mins. I left. While others were being served, I decided okay, I am not wanted here.
Incident 3**: the most striking of it all, I get woken up from my sleep, from a loud banging at the door… I rush out of bed thinking this is an emergency. I am met with one of your employees at the door, with a pink sticky note, he ask my name/information and then proceeds to say wrong door.
Immediately I head downstairs to inform the front desk, and I am given a mere “ I am sorry mama. We will look into it”
No information provided post the incident. I was genuinely concerned for my safety.
Key input:
You need better protection for your staff. If a bartender is overworked, tell the hostess to deny entry. Have a security guard nearby spa area.
Your employees are tired. They need better infrastructure to deal with all the fast paced movement of this place. Also, I was there during the Scotland game, as an immigrant women, it was startling to see how welcoming Omni were to loud drunk singing at random hours yet when I provided actual concerned safety feedback … nothing.
I spend over $2500. Truly I am worried you are struggling with staffing, training and security because it shows.
Restaurants, cleanliness and modernization.

We had dessert and after dinner drink (for myself) with my son at the sporting club. Michelle D. was our waitress. She was very attentive and very informative about the city and where to go to as to us never been to Boston. We live in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is most likely the #1 city for hospitality. I can say my expectations are high and she very much exceeded my expectations. Thank you for having a high quality employee in Michelle!
High quality hotel in close proximity to conference centre. Average size clean rooms. Staff efficient but not that friendly. Given an average room on low floor then returned to front desk requesting a better room. Kindly changed room.
Went to sports bar to watch football game. Multiple tables with reserved sign and no other seating available. Asked if we could reserve a table as guests for 1 week. No! Tried to order bar-food but service had stopped despite full bar during FIFA game.
On last night went for dinner and retuned late. Key did not work. After 3 trips to front desk with new keys they worked out that they had tried to charge my credit card and were declined. I swiped card without problem. No apology from front desk team.
I don’t like to post bad reviews but received emails from hotel asking me to do so.
Will find alternative accommodation when I return to Boston.
Got a nice room upgrade. Excellent bathroom, good sized room, good coffee service and nice beds.
Very noisy lobby!
Bassenget, reint, nytt og gode folk.
Fantastisk nytt og flott hotell
clean, modern
room extremely small
I found the hotel itself to be lovely. I found the service not to be so lovely. The staff/management were inflexible and still charged me for the day. Although my flight was cancelled due to weather - tornado, in fact.
This is a lovely hotel with great amenities. My room was really nice and I slept well. My only disappointment is that I reported a fault with the TV and nobody came.
Hotel muy agradable. Lo malo es que hay que estudiar los horarios de los restaurantes. Está alejado de comercios
