Location was good. Wait staff and housekeeping were always very polite amd helpful. Enjoyed modern look and amenities. Very clean and convenient location.
Front desk staff were not welcoming and seemed only to help out of obligation. Not quite the hospitality vibe that we're accustomed to. Very little/no storage space for bags. The couch quickly became the luggage rack, hamper, and folding table within first day.
The hotel is overpriced, paid for premium room with a nice view, got room in 6th floor facing highway. Super noisy, view of the parking garage and the highway. Asked for silverware and plate, they said it $9 charge. Seriously? You charge $400+ per night and want extra $9 for silverware? Never heard anything before like that. The stuff is slow. The check-in process took about 35 + minutes. Good luck calling room service or front desk. You have to call a multiple times before they pick up. Needed to get slippers, had to call 3 times before they finally sent someone. It took over an hour to get it, and they just throw it at the door knocked and left. Disappointed.

الغرف تعتبر كبيرة وواسعة إلى حد ما
موظفة الاستقبال في مطعم الإفطار (المحجبة) كانت رائعة
قائمة الاكل في الغرف محدودة ولا يوجد تنوع كافي
طلبت شبشب للغرفة ولم يتم توفيره طوال فترة اقامتي لثمانية ايام
لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام

Excellent hotel with everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Boston. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quite efficient.
Medhi was amazing! Made us feel like we were at home and was a true pleasure to converse with!! He engaged with all the customers around us and was a real pleasure to not only interact with but made everyone feel like family :) pleasure to be around!!
I was only in the hotel for 2 days, but overall it was really nice, great service and lovely rooms. Good location, only a ten minute walk into town. If I was in Boston again, I would stay here.
The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. The room was great, service came each day dropping fresh towels and made bed.
Left item in safe and I got everything returned!
