Payed well over the odds for this hotel during the world cup frustrating that the price has halved on our our arrival day.
They take a deposit of you of 200 dollars refundable however a 40 dollars a night they charge above the price we have already paid and when I queried it I was because they supply wi fi fittness gym and a outdoor swimming pool !!
Big wow so beware of the hidden charge
Dennis is the best bartender in Boston, period. He’s an amazing story teller and even better hospitality guy. True gentlemen that even recognized me after 6 months from being out of state. Stand up guy all around.
Amazing time here with Dennis - he’s such a charmer and so well connected. Every drink is spot on and he makes the atmosphere fun and full of life. We are new regulars and will come back a lot more!
We never stayed at this hotel due to the poor communication and nasty concierge. I had booked a reservation far in advance and had questions about our upcoming stay over the Fourth of July. When I called, the woman concierge scolded me for not knowing how far they are from the fireworks. When I asked if they have a rooftop, she said they have a pool but did I make my reservations? I asked did I need them for the pool since I've never heard of that. She again scolded me for not seeing it on my reservation. Then she said she'd transfer me to the pool to make a reservation. No one answered. So I called back and got a man at the front desk. He apologized for her scolding me but said that you have to make a pool reservation because the space can't handle everyone in the hotel. He said he'd transfer me to ensure that I make a reservation and...guess what? No one answered. The hotel's communication is a mess. So I canceled and had a much better communication with a different hotel.
This hotel felt like luxury - so much so I forgot I was in a US-based hotel (I'm a snowbird). This experience was so great that I told my partner I'm going to add Boston as a destination for our family because I want to stay here again.
We have stayed at The Omni Seaport several times and have always loved our stay.
The check-in process was seamless. Our room was ready early. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.
We spent time both days at the pool and the hostesses were very attentive and accommodating while the food runners were working extremely hard.
The room was great. Clean, beautiful, and functional.
And finally, the hospitality and guest relations team, especially Kate Casey are always great.
Very well designed and comfortable stay, many food options at the hotel area. Swimming pool and gym were great! Artist room is compact but memorable. Amenities are premium. Shower is very good!
A bit far from the rest of the city but nice if you'd be around the Seaport area and Boston Convention Center.
The cleanliness was awful at this Omni. Not once but both times we went we had a stained bathrobe and they didn’t seem to care when it was brought to their attention. The floors in the room were not vacuumed, rotting food left in mini fridge. They need to work on it. The pool is nice but you need to book ahead to go. Food was the only redeeming quality we enjoyed all the restaurants but did not like the buffet.
Any room in artist tower looks like it is unfinished concrete ceilings and pillars. Did not appreciate waking up to look at a concrete ceiling and pillars. No luggage rack nor closets.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We visited the pool which was equally clean. Staff at the pool was happy to help. I took one star off becuase we ate at Lifted and the food was not worth the price. My fish tacos tasted like they came from the frozen food isle at the grocery store.
Alexis was amazing !!! The customer care we received was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its cleanliness, beautiful rooms, pool but for the amazing customer care from beginning to end !
Tout était parfait 🥰.
Le personnel, la propreté, les équipements, l'ambiance de l'hôtel en général. Nous le recommandons.
Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff
The door to the bathroom didn’t shut properly and we had to wedge a towel in it to keep it shut.
