Building run down, very strong smell of air freshener everywhere, room tiny with windows only looking out onto corridors, two very steep flights of stairs, needs a paint job.. I didn't stay. Hotel very misrepresented on Booking.com and I feel I should be grant d a refund

Locatie en speelse inrichting van hotel. Er zit veel humor in.

Cons:

De schuifdeur van het toilet. Kamer was beetje krap. Maar verder was alles OK.

There are hairs on the sheets and bath. We waited like 15 minutes for entreeing to the hotel because noone open the locked hotel door even we were trying to call. When we sleep we heard the other room’s shower sound. it was so loudly, it was like they were shower in our room. There is no hair dryer in room

Super pour quelques jours. Original, propre et staff accueillant.
Pros:

Proche de la gare à 5 minutes à pied. Le staff est super accueillant !

Cons:

Sur booking il est marqué que le petit déjeuner peut être ajouté sur place. En réalité il n’y en a pas. C’est le seul truc. Le reste était comme convenu

Idealer Startpunkt für Radtour durch Holland
Pros:

Ein wirklich uriges Hotel. Der Eingang zu unserem Zimmer war kaum auszumachen (die Tür war Teil einer Regalwand). Das Zimmer war klein, sehr sauber, Waschbecken im Zimmer, Dusche und WC separat im Zimmer. Es gab keinen Fernseher, was uns auch nicht wichtig war. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, dafür aber eine Karte mit Empfehlungen. Unsere E-Bikes wurden sicher im Back-Office untergebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Getränke, auch Kaffee oder Tee bekam man an der Rezeption. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Rotterdam Centraal.

Que ce soit spécial. Personnel sympa et agréable

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre pour aérer. Pas beaucoup d’éclairage. On entendait tout dans les autres chambres. Propreté bof à revoir.. une fenêtre dans la chambre à côté de la baignoire qui mène au salon ? Si on ouvre tout le monde nous voit.

Such a unique experience!
Pros:

This hotel is really something else! There's so much to look at everywhere you go. All little details, crazy room, things you'd never expect. My personal favorite was the Candy House. And you can actually sleep inside a giant cuckoo clock. I mean… how cool is that?! The room I booked was not very big, but that was made clear during booking and also the price was also quite low. The bed was very comfy so no complaints whatsoever.

They don't do breakfast, but there's a food/drinks/snack station in the lobby that's open 24/7. Really handy honestly. Staff were super friendly. There's no elevator but when we arrived there was a family with some luggage and they just grabbed it and carried it up for them. Didn't even have to ask.

Cons:

There's no TV in the room, but that's also mentioned when you book so no surprise there. Just bring a iPad, the WiFi is pretty good. So no problem.
