1-abbiamo aspettato 2ore,oltre l’orario indicato,per avere la camera;
2-l’aria condizionata non funzionava;
3-il montacarichi per le valigie non funzionava;
4-la macchina per il caffè era rotta.
5- il bagno era pulito, ma emanava odore insopportabile

… welches dann aber im Zimmer (Turm) nicht fortgeführt wird. Ausserdem keinerlei Möglichkeit, Wäsche auszupacken.

Fantastisch en origineel verblijf in Rotterdam!
Pros:

Super mooi, leuk en origineel hotel. Heel gaaf en bijzonder om hier te verblijven. Je kijkt je ogen echt uit! Onze kamer was klein, maar fijn en schoon! Ik verbleef hier 2 nachten met mijn dochter van 6 en die was helemaal blij dat we in het snoephuisje sliepen. Maar alle “huisjes” zijn er fantastisch uit!
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Een waterkoker of koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer hadden fijn geweest, maar geen must.

Funky, fun, and convenient stay!
Pros:

Staff very quick and helpful. Enjoyed our coffee!

Cons:

I loved the red table connected to the bed in our cuckoo clock room..until I kept colliding with it...and the thin metal scrapes! Tended to kick it at night too. With time I'm sure it and I would've worked out arrangements, but we didn't get to stay long enough for that!
