Pros:

Excellent hôtel, sans aucune réserve, catégorie luxe mais à un prix raisonnable, beau bâtiment à superbe emplacement sur une très jolie place , en plein centre d'Estepona, et à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants etc
Plusieurs restaurants dans l'hotel de styles différents mais tous très bien, petit déjeuner parfait.
L'hotel vous donne également une liste d'établissements extérieurs qu'il recommande, donc vous n'êtes pas perdu !
Enfin chambre vaste, moderne et confortable !

Almost luxury, good attempt but not there yet.
Pros:

The hotel is very smart and the rooms are modern. The turn-down service was a nice touch.

Cons:

The shower only had very hot water.

The restaurants and rooftop bar prioritise guests from outside the hotel rather than hotel guests - which means you have wait in very long lines to access those amenities. This is annoying considering the hotel doesn't have a spa or pool.

In the rooms you can hear music until around midnight so don't stay if you want to sleep before then (it's really loud).

I travel and stay at luxury hotels often, and my interpretation is that they are trying to do luxury but aren't there yet.

For management I would recommend implementing a reservation system for hotel guests for the rooftop bar in particular. Also please implement noise insulation for the rooms.

Excelente Hotel !!!! Imperdible
Pros:

Ubicación extraordinaria, con una recepción y atención fabulosa, las mujeres nos atendido increíblemente bien. Te sirven una copa de cava rosada al ingresar. Todo el personal amable, no solo en recepción, también las mucamas, el botones.En realidad, es un hotel 5 estrellas, servicio, atención, instalaciones, el dormitorio fabuloso, limpieza extraordinaria, cómoda cama y aseo impecable, con productos de calidad.
Además, hemos podido disfrutar del desayuno en Casa Fina, que por cierto, no es necesario salir del hotel, para tener una buena gastronomía española, la gente muy amable. Estamos encantados, la verdad.
La azotea tiene vistas fabulosas a Estepona, no hemos podido degustar los otros dos restaurantes, para una próxima ocasión.
Los ameneties, maravillosos y de muy buena calidad, son detalles que se han perdido en los Hoteles; y aquí , aún los mantienen, fabuloso !!!!

Todo perfecto, pero si pudieran en algún rincón instalar una piscina, sería fabuloso; sin embargo, estaba cerca de la playa (ofrecen toallas para la playa, un buen detalle).

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, la posizione è comoda per raggiungere spiaggia e centro città. La terrazza la sera è perfetta, ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta è soprattutto la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff.

Мы хотим поблагодарить Лурдес из ресепшен, которая помогла нам доставить документы в аэропорт, которые мы в сейфе забыли. Все пришло вовремя, отлаженная работа!!! В отеле очень чисто, очень вкусно и месторасположение идеальное!
