The bathroom was not clean and there is hair everywhere
, I asked to someone to take my luggage but the inform me you have to take it by yourself I don’t know it’s 5 stars hotel or 1 star
And After payment they take my passport and refuse to give it back to me as told me we will keep it with us until the check out after 2 days as they say this is the role of hotel when i do the booking by booking they don’t write it in the rules , I have been travelling all the world and this is the first time hotel take my passport and refuse to give it back to me
. I told them cancel the reservation and give me my passport back, they say the money is non refundable.
Bye the way you can’t do anything without your passport

Pros:

Comfortable beds and close to many good restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful and you can pay by card. Has lifts and we could leave our luggage.

Cons:

Some parts of the room and spa looking a little tired but this didn't really bother us.

Generous breakfast, large, clean room with a balcony. Lovely view out the balcony. The staff were lovely.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel très gentil et disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du service, le calme et l’attention portée aux clients. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau moment, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sve je bilo dobro mi se doček na recepciji utovar kofera što su mi odnijeli do sobe i najbolji Espresso gejše sam popio hvala puno i konobar bio legenda

Um bom hotel, mas longe de 5 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa e possui garagem no centro da cidade, o que é muito conveniente. Gostei também do pessoal.

Cons:

o café da manhã é sofrível. A academia também não é compatível com um hotel de 5 estrelas. A cozinha fechava às 22h. Queríamos um sanduíche e não serviram por causa do horário.
