Golden Palace Hotel in Shkodër is an excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff are professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and always ready to assist. The quality of the services and the overall experience were excellent.

A special thank you to several members of the team, both at the reception and in the restaurant, who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I do not know all of their names, so please forgive me for not mentioning them individually — but their excellent hospitality was truly appreciated and will be remembered.

I strongly recommend Golden Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Shkodër.

Thank you to the entire team for everything. Highly recommended! 10/10.

Our favorite part of the stay was the location and the staff. They agreed to watch our luggage for 4 days while we hiked Teth-Valbona. Upon our return the staff at the front desk were so interested in our trip, gave EXCELLENT, dining recommendations in town and seemed so eager to help us in any way possible.

Emplacement centrale, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre le véhicule. Réception ok

Cons:

Petit déjeuner horrible, personnel au bar incompétent. Personnel du bar ou cuisine viennent fumer au Petit déjeuner près de nous. Hôtel très vieux. Piscine interne ne vaut même pas la peine d’être mentionné. Pué au enfermer et inrespirable

Avoid hotel, not worth your attention nor your money

Hotel is far too pretentious, hotel would need a big makeover, shabby, old and most worrying, not clean.
Staff ignorant, not welcoming.
