Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Hannover super!

Sehr lautes Hotel

Das Frühstück war gut und man fand fast alles vor was man zum Frühstücken braucht.

Cons:

Trotz Wunschangabe hatte ich kein ruhiges Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war direkt vor eine vielbefahrenen vierspurigen Bundesstraße mit viel Lärm. Ein öffnen der Fenster war bei der Lautstärke auch Nachts nicht möglich. Der Schreibtisch und der Fernseher lagen versetzt an einer Wand, so dass man beim Sitzen am Schreibtisch kein fernsehen konnte. Der Fernseher war nicht schwenkbar und der Schreibtisch nicht verrückbar.
Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr hellhörig.

Nous avons été réveillé vers 2h30 du matin le 17 mai dans notre chambre 812 par une personne qui a pu ouvrir notre porte avec sa clé électronique. Cette situation est inadmissible. nous l'avons rapporté à l'accueil qui n'a pas su nous donner d'explications ni d'excuse, ni de remboursement partiel de notre séjour. l'accueil est très médiocre, aucune considération du client, personnel trop jeune et mal formé pour un 4 étoiles
