It was very clean, but it lacked the little extras that make it feel like a home away from home.
Pros:

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

We were surprised & disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast. Even something very simple would have been appreciated. Also, my daughter went down to get a drink at the bar in the evening. Not only was it extremely expensive but it tasted like it was just orange juice with no gin at all!

Cons:

The reception staff were really bad. They hardly spoke to me at all. They didn't even say welcome, let alone ask any questions. They forgot to give us our food cards. The staff with short curly hair was truly unmotivated. The Moroccan staff were incredibly helpful.

Pros:

Déjeuner et souper tout a fait délicieux. Hotel très sécuritaire.

it was good until my phone got stolen!

Employee staff stole my phone from the room I stayed in. I got it back the next day but only to find out it was smashed back and front!

Pros:

Quiet, clean and efficient.

Cons:

When i arrived i did an early check-in and the lady at the reception gave me they key to a room that was still being cleaned so i had to go backstairs so she could give me another room. Kinda unpleasant since i was transporting my luggages back and forth

Les portions servies au déjeuner étaient insuffisantes, le menu était limité, et les options plus santé étaient presque inexistantes, notamment en ce qui concerne les fruits. Ces éléments ont fortement influencé notre niveau de satisfaction.

La propreté de la chambre n’était pas adéquate. Une mauvaise odeur était présente, le plancher semblait mal nettoyé, et nos chaussettes blanches devenaient sales après avoir marché dans la chambre.

Par ailleurs, notre chambre était située au dernier étage, près d’une salle électrique. Le bruit provenant de cette salle était trop important et a nui à notre capacité de passer une nuit calme et reposante.

Le seul point réellement positif que nous retenons est la qualité du service : le personnel était très gentil, professionnel et courtois.
