Everything about this stay was a genuine 10/10. The staff were warm, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and something new to try every morning. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, and the amenities throughout the hotel were top quality.

The real highlight, though, was the spa and pool area. It was beautifully maintained, relaxing and easily one of the best we’ve experienced.

Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.

Great with smaller kids
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean, the location of the hotel was amazing especially with a toddler there’s a quick access to the mall so we can take him to the aquarium and the playarea very easily. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Prachtig en luxe hotel, met kleine minpuntjes. Zeer aan te bevelen!
Pros:

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en professioneel. Kamer is modern en plezierig. Gym prachtig. Directe verbinding met Emaar shopping mall. Gewoon erg mooi en goed hotel

Cons:

Lokatie toch wat minder. Geen metro bij hotel/Emaar wat je wel zou verwachten. Hierdoor reistijd naar centrum erg lang. Kosten voor Hamam buitensporig. €145,- voor 45 minuten. Spa ook extreem duur. Ontbijt €40,- ook prijzig
